How far in advance can you make the transfer pieces. I'd like to have a bunch ready in advance to save time. Thanks! These are amazing!!!

They can be stored and kept indefinitely. I use the expiration date in my sugar and meringue powder to determine a “Best Buy” date.

Could the transfers be attached while the base is wet? Or is there a problem with doing it that way? I'm new to making these types of cookies so I'm curious.

Yes they can, but they will sink in a little if done when wet
