Kind of complicated to learn it like that at once. Split it in 3 steps. 1 - do 360 to get comfortable with an upwind rotation. 2 - do a heelside - toeside tack without foot switch. 3 - do a roll tack with the foot switch. This way you can concentrate on one step a time. Learn it in good conditions. It's technical move and many factors can affect it: gusty wind, waves, current, etc
