[UNICLR] Phonon practical combos

This is a collection of staple and optimal combos. Some of these are quite difficult, you may choose what combos to use depending on your execution level. More importantly, have fun playing Phonon ^^

In the second combo after this sequence b+c 22a j236a I struggle to consistently get the micro dash ICJC out in time to connect. Do you have any tips for your execution after the air fireball is thrown?

you have to delay j236a a lil bit or the dash ICJC won't connect. keep in mind it's not a 1 frame micro dash, just dash few steps like in the video and you'll be able to get it. Good luck ^^

I got that part down now thanks, any tips to get more consistent in connecting the 66b after 66c delayed 623b, since you can’t buffer the 66b during the long 623b animation I’ve been struggling timing it consistently. Visually waiting for her to wrap up the animation and hitting 66b as fast as possible is tough 😬 I can only connect around 10% of the time...

@@joeyjars93 you need to make sure that they get hit by the last frames of 623B otherwise they'll recover before 66B hits them. It's a matter of timing, just time your 623B well and you'll have enough time to follow it up with 66b. Good luck ^^

Morya, appreciate all your help, I got it down now. After watching your inputs and working at it for a bit. If anyone else struggles what I found help my brain is just consider the 66b a 666b, I noticed there was an extra 6 input in the video. By altering from waiting for the 623b animation to finish and hitting 66b to hitting 666b as the animation finishes made all the difference. Thanks again, great combos!

@@joeyjars93 that's actually a clever way to do it, good thinking on your part. I made some more combos today, it's all optimal but you can practice them to explore more routes for Phonon. Anyway, nice job again!! Cheers ^^

I like to do back m into whiff cl to launch them behind me and over me, then u can combo with stand l . It’s not practical but it looks sick

@@MBValentine its almost a useful corner escape option but if mermory serves it dosnt side switch if ur back is touching the edge , u need to be one or two steps away still gimicks like this keep the game fresh and can steal momentum once in a blue moon

I have a lot of difficulty landing 3C after 5C hits after the dive kick. With 5C the character hit stuns upward instead of down and towards me. Making it not possible to land 3C

Tell me which combo is it, so I can help you out. But I can assume you are using 5C not 5C (IC) to follow it up with 3C
