Why are we using 96 gallon cans(and being charged for) when most cans only had 1 or 2 trash bags in them? I am having the same situation at my house. Very dangerous move when the truck backed into the dead end cul de sac, she ran up toward the backing truck where she could not be seen in the mirrors. When a truck is backing always maintain eye contact with the driver via the mirrors.
