After you pass the two accuracy rolls for each of the dds hits, the damage rolls are just rng from 0 to the max hit. So the lower the max hit the higher the chance you have of hitting it, which would have the probability of the inverse of the square of the quantity of that max hit + 1. For 46-46 it would be 1/2209 and that's assuming you pass the accuracy checks.
About 1/17640 chance per spec attempt from how i see it. Assuming that you have a 1/42 chance to hit a 41 with each hit (which itself is misleading since hitting a 0 has a higher weighted chance) you have a 1/1764 chance of hitting that 41/41. Then assume each spec is used when the opponent is +/-5 health of exactly 82hp (since you are trying to target the exact hp, the odds that each spec you use actually hits the 1/1764 becomes 1/17640. Absolutely nutty that you actually got it.
My irl mate has an account built just like the last one you used, but hes maxed. "Rifleman Gen" ,alot of high hit potential, ive witnessed a 44 44 from him with dds, and this is before new gloves. Nice work Kev, great content.
Should do something similar where you try the max hit pking with each account for X amount of hours and see which one does the best. Could also collaborate with two other streamers and each one of you uses a different account (given at random) and the person with the lowest max damage has to stake some money or give it away to the winners :)
Quick heads up ignore that shit about the med lvl hitting higher more often than the other accounts because of strength from gear that’s just straight up misinformation lol
