Attempted PTE on "20th May 2023" : Online strategy did not go well for me. I practiced it well but unsure where it went wrong. Because of this i missed 79 . When i read full text In my first attempt, i got 87 speaking and 78 reading. But, when I used online strategy in second attempt I got 73 speaking and 63 reading :( . Careful guys when you use this strategy. Before you use it, give a PTE official mock to double check if its working for you. Note: Im not blaming LA or discoursing anyone to use this strategy. Just sharing my experience 🙏
this strategy is actually for those who can't read 2-3 sentences together in Read Aloud cause they get stuck in between and their pronunciation is weak. It's actually for those non-native speakers who have poor knowledge of English and have to give the exam soon. If you are getting 87 by reading the full text, then you are a good speaker and then don't try this strategy....it won't work for you - its obviously a shortcut - they have nothing to lose using this strategy cause if they go to read the full Read Aloud, they won't get above 19 - but you have nothing to gain from this strategy, so it's not recommended for good speakers mate

Did you rely on the one-line strategy in each and every speaking read-aloud task, or only in a few tasks that were the most challenging in terms of pronunciation? Also, Sir Varun, could you please confirm that it affects the score in reading?
@@zahidhussain7136 I didn't want to mix the two and be caught up in two minds when the timer runs out. So I just went with one-line for every SA task. Pick one strategy and commit.

@@kiransohi7620 The template was from some other page. I wont be sharing it here in Varun's channel. I heard the essay template which Varun provided will also work. Having said that, essay is just a small part , all other tips which Varun provided are working fine. Even addition on extra words in Write from dictation.

Really really grateful to you SIR . Had my test today . Got 77 overall. The interesting fact is I just prepared literally for one day !!. Just by watching your videos and practicing through app.
I started the test at 12:30 and finished at 2:06 😂. The guy at the test centre was also looking at me surprised 😂 Jokes aside . It wasn’t that difficult . Practiced for one day . Memorised the templates today morning before the test . During test whenever I was getting balance time for some questions I wrote down the memorised sentences in the notepad, which really helped. Would recommend all of you to try it if possible .

I did one line strategy and i got 37on speaking which affected my other score as well i got 55 in reading , 60on listening and 79 on writing, i don't know what was the problem but it is so sad

Yes... It can be used as easy method in read aloud section... Further one of the student in my class tried this and got the maximum outcome. Also u can try Pearson's mock tests... Don't try other platforms for one line strategy.
Yes, it's working. i done 3 pearson Mock tests. Yes, there is a risk for losing marks in reading. I use to get 65 + in reading. With this strategy I'm struggling to get 65. Not sure its my actual reading section or I'm getting less from read aloud to reading marks.

I started the test at 12:30 and finished at 2:06 😂. The guy at the test centre was also looking at me surprised 😂
Jokes aside . It wasn’t that difficult . Practiced for one day . Memorised the templates today morning before the test . During test whenever I was getting balance time for some questions I wrote down the memorised sentences in the notepad, which really helped. Would recommend all of you to try it if possible .

Guys he was right.. I have got around 7-8 read aloud and I have used one line strategy. Got 81 marks in speaking because I am literally weak in repeat sentences… but because of read aloud I got 81 speaking and 89 in reading. Thanks Varun brother….

Also u can try Pearson's mock tests... Don't try other platforms for one line strategy.
Yes, it's working. i done 3 pearson Mock tests. Yes, there is a risk for losing marks in reading. I use to get 65 + in reading. With this strategy I'm struggling to get 65. Not sure its my actual reading section or I'm getting less from read aloud to reading marks.
