Roseman refused Doug Peterson bring his own staff, draft his own players, and sign free agency. Peterson asked for more control, they refused so they parted ways for that reason. But shows how much know right

Um and um yea um we got a great team um um so we um found a great deal um um um
I like listening to Rich. But the Titans not wanting to pay AJ is not what happened. First off, the info about the Titans offering AJ 16 mil a year was incorrect. That has since been retracted and corrected. An offer was made though. Then AJ’s rep requested a trade. And stated that if they were not going to trade him, he wanted the Titans to pay close to 29 mil a year with 80 mil guaranteed. And that’s absurd. Also, AJ cut off all communication with the JRob, Vrebal, and the Titans 3 weeks ago. He gave the Titans no choice but to trade him.
Dude the titans did offer him only 16 million
@@murphybrown1366 no they didn’t. Read the report from Turan Davenport who actually spoke to AJ about that salary. He retracted the statement after speaking with the Titans. The 16 mil was wrong. It was 20mil with minus incentives.
