Nice Video...food looks delicious. I usually add salt to shrimp after its cooked cuz the salt takes the water out the shrimp. And cook it over very high heat. But if your like the shrimp juice.....its up to you

I always cook CHOW MEIN WITH Noodles ,, so that is how you cook it ,, WHAT WILL THE CHINESE SAY ABOUT NO NOODLES ,, STILL IT LOOKS GOOD , I DONT EAT FISH EGGS NOT MY KIND OF THING ,,,
