    After 40 minutes of trying to get into my passport videos, I give up. This is the most circular and dead end process I have every tried to use. The steps are not what is in the utube video above. I have two PBS accounts of over $60, yet I can't get in with either one. What to do?

    I am having the same experience as most people mention. Although I donated, and was told I would receive an email about activation, it stopped there. Is this just a collection agency, or does anyone care about making the process work? There is an enormous amount of great content waiting for contributions and signups, but an apparently almost completely unresponsive entity managing the process. This needs to be better. Try calling anytime during "working hours" and always getting a message to "call back during working hours". Then breathe calmly and repeat. Then email and wait for an answer.

    This isn't working on my Chromebook. I can cast to Roku, butit doesn't work on my Chromebook, even when I'm logged in!? Andthe videos I have saved to my List are not on Roku. BTW,your "Help" for Chrome provides directions for Apple proucts, no help there - or anywhere!.

    I got it on my phone but cannot get it on a tv. Of course it's a holiday weekend so I'm screwed

    Everyone, I am still having the same problem. Fix it by using a different browser or your PHONE browser.
    I hope this helps. PBS please fix this guys. This is sad.

    I'd recently renewed my support with my Oklahoma PBS station OETA, but my activation code was not listed on there when it was on a letter.

    Quite frustrated. Signed up 4 DAYS ago and still have not received an activation code. I've gotten a thank you email, a Happy Thanksgiving email, but nothing other than 'an email will be along shortly' (NOT) with an activation code/instructions... Once I get home from work, WTTW is closed! And now it's the holiday, which is when I wanted to use this.

    Frustration! Try activating from Canada. I get the link - Click Here to Activate- then it errors out.
    Quite annoying! Have checked numerous other links on the site, but still not having much luck. Must be other subscribers from the Great White North!! Anyone?

    I thought I would be able to watch on my TV. My Samsung is too old. I don't subscribe to streaming services. I didn't want to watch on my computer. Bummer. Well, the donation to PBS is a good thing, but I never watch my local station. I thought this would be a good way to get to watch what I want when I want to. Bummer.
