Hindi po, Boss, pero as far as I know, marami na rin daw nagpapark dun lumipat na from NAIA parking mas affordable daw.

I suggest dun magavail sa mismong ticket booth para sa PWD discount. As far as I can remember Yung website nila doesnt have any discount field kapag nagbobook at may online transaction fee din sila
