I'm pretty sure the video is about atsushi (because he's so nice) constantly having to fight his ability. I interpreted it as his ability being bloodthirsty and wanting to kill everyone who has wronged him (hence having the people chanting Brutus part in the parts where atsushi was being harmed or nagged, the voices representing the increasing urge to let his ability take over), but this could have only been my interpretation.
