Revised Road Traffic Regulations for KICKBOARD/AUTOMATIC BICYCLE from May 13, 2021

Starting on 13/13/202, a driver's license for a motorized bicycle or higher is required.
1. Driver's license required / Without license-A fine of 100,000 won
2. 2 or more passengers (×) / 2 or more passengers-fine 40,000 won
3. Safety helmet must be worn / Without safety helmet - KRW 20,000 fine
4. Driving under the influence of alcohol - a penalty of 100,000 won
5. Refusing to measure alcohol level - 130,000 won fine
If the rear safety light is not operated at night - a fine of 10,000 won
Child under 13 years of age fined by guardian
