- Join the crew as we kick off the 2023 Victory concrete season. It was cold, snowy, windy, and just no fun to be outside but I was VERY glad just to be able to get started. Winters are long here in Wisconsin but we will soon be in mid season form. We have a new truck driver who seems like he will be a good fit as well. Enjoy

The reason the Helm is located on the Starboard Side of most Vessels is mostly for visibility purposes. The Starboard Side is typically where other Boat Traffic is going to be passing you, so you want to have most of your attention focused on the Starboard-Bow Quarter Portion of the Watercraft.
As with Helicopters, another main reason why boats are Operated from the side is because most Sailors are Right Handed, thus it’s easier and more convenient to have the Helm on the Right Side, so you could stand beside it towards the Center for more all around general visibility around the entire Vessel and to be able to Better Supervise The Deck Crew While Maneuvering The Helm With Your Right Hand.

Mike is such a gentleman, and someone you can always rely on. It’s a shame he won’t be around, but glad he’s got his own thing going!

True and false. In normal coffee like that, yes, the caffeine gets lower. You can order Death Wish coffee. It has 472 mg per 8oz cup of coffee. It was the strongest coffee in the world just not that many years ago

We used to give the inspector 15 min after he said he would be there. One time he was 20 min late and when he showed up we had half the drive way poured out 😂. We started taking pictures if they are late now just so they have somthing to document.
Big Ray seems like he will provide us with some quality content this year if he sticks around. Heres to a good season boys
I'll admit, I saw that Tino thing coming. He avoided calls, he didn't come to the meeting, so I'm not surprised one bit. On the flipside, when he does come, he's a pretty good worker.
Good to see Ray is fitting in already. Only going to get better as he gets used to everything.
A quadricep repair is going to be a lot more than a month. There is a lot of physical therapy involved with that. I know as I've been through it. I feel for him, hopefully he's on work comp. I wish him a speedy recovery. It's a very debilitating injury.
Thats why ryan getting a new finisher he can't wait for long

Steering wheel is on right side of boat to counteract the torque from the prop spinning. To keep the tight side of the boat down from weight of driver.

You considered on buying and making your Own Hard Boil eggs at Home. Could be Much Cheaper then buying it at the Store. Just make half Dozen Boil Eggs at Night and you have 3 days worth of Eggs for Morning time. Save a Few Extra Dollars

i think you need to have Eric do all the " arrive at job site" set up pertaining to running the bobcat aka unloading getting ply off etc so that he gets far more experience in a short amount of time.....set time frames and "Box (drinks for the boys)" if he takes longer than he should, plus it would be added entertainment 🙂

I really like the new guy! He’s seems like he’ll fit in just fine… I only started watching Ryan and his crew maybe 2 weeks ago, but after the first video I seen on my recommended videos, I went back a year and watching from then to present, so I hope he’s still there in the newer videos!

30:54 Boats have the steering wheel on the right because it gives them the best viewing angle when they dock, they typically do that on the right side :)

100 percent it is. On the other side it is so detrimental to everybody working with a Debbie downer. We have one of those on our crew and I try to get him to work by himself when ever possible
