I own a 2019 Val 760, and this is the third time that I have to put my truck in to the shop for a water leak inside the cab... never had broken windshield, but the dealership where I bought it cannot find where water coming from. Anything could help, please

Do you have a window in the roof? If you do, there’s no sealant behind black gasket, so anytime it rains, you get a wash, it leaks and it leaks a lot. Just had the gasket replaced and sealant put on, no leaks at all. I’m guessing the front window is the same way.
Overall this is a great truck, 860 cab is really spacious but I have been working on this trucks for awhile now and I found out couple issues, of course, this is my humble opinion...
First: the hood latches are terrible for this Volvo design, the older design was way better.
Second: National Seating 2000 seats are better than those Volvo made seats.
Third: the steering wheel feels a bit overwhelming with all those buttons, especially when old school drivers use them, they really need to pay attention of every function.

Seems like Volvo put more thought into esthetics than efficiency. The pros are it's very comfortable to drive, steering wheel turns MUCH easier than other truck brands I've driven, really feels like a car, the side mirrors are bigger, has a pop unlock hood 👍has a wide sleeping area, and decent sized windows, which is very nice and of course it's a beautiful truck! Howeverrr it needs lots of upgrades to compare to any Freightliner 2018 and up. The Freightliner is truly a smart truck, it has the drive assist automatic braking for collision prevention, has optimized idle so it will automatically shut on and off based on ambient temperature,
As far as I know you have to idle the Volvo all night for air/heat. One of my favorite features in the Cascadia is the in cab 5th wheel release button so people don't have to climb under the truck which The Volvo vnl 2019 lacks. It has all of these small useless storage spaces, like the ones attached to the refrigerator compartment which means the fridge itself has to be super skinny and hardly holds anything, without those useless spaces the fridge could be 5 inches wider (for otr drivers having lots of room for food/water is very important more so than the red/blue LED lights Volvo decided the truck needed. Then the main storage spaces are open so anything you put up there will fall out. As far as reliability the truck is great, good engine really smooth ride love it! Just needs some remodeling.
Edit: today both windows have just suddenly stopped working. Always something 🙄

Be honest and tell people the truth about Volvo D13/11 poorly engineered idler gear and injectors , I replaced 7 sets over past 12 years.
