Most of the media has jumped the gun - all we have is a 4 page "summary" as opined by AG Barr. We have not yet see the report.
I don't think the report says 'Trump colluded with Russia to conspire'. But still 16 investigations left :-)

The House Judiciary Committe should simply invite Barr to come in and read his 4-page memo into the record, under oath, with all penalties against perjury in play.
If he's not willing to do that, the memo isn't worth the paper it's written on.

Mueller *only* investigated the period during the campaign and possibly the transition. Any info he found after Trump took office would have been passed off.

I find it odd that Trump refused to be interviewed by Mueller face to face. I refuse to think this was a complete investigation unless Trump answered the prosecutions questions
