I worked for a machine shop when I was just out of high school. The owner took me under his wing and trained me in every department in the shop. I'm now 64 years old, and I still appreciate everything he did for me, including gifting me a beautiful Gershner wooden toolbox, which I still have. Thanks to the CCN for making a lifetime memory for Diego.
very hard to find good young help today. most kids dont want to get their hands dirty and actually work. why would they when mommy and daddy sppon feed them with a gold spoon. not to mention 90% OF KIDS today are all stoners. they cant even get up in the morning and make it to work on time. as a tech for 40 years i see less and less of young techs every year
Congratulations Diego! And thank you Ahmed for having the patience and knowledge to teach Diego how to be a successful technician. This is an opportunity of a lifetime for him.
Congratulation Diego. I used to work with an electronic technician then later promoted to production engineer. He never hold an EE degree but he was much better than any engineer that I have been working with. Dedication and hard work are the key.
I'm so happy for Diego, he has found a great home indeed. I remember my first job in the lawnmower shop and I had the greatest teacher as well, helped me formulate detailed work habits. Wish my old Camry was there, but am hoping to find a decent used Highlander....
I have just bought a new Toyota Corolla 1.8 hybrid estate mainly thanks to this gentleman. I love it so much. How I wish there was a Toyota technician with as much honesty, integrity and expertise here in the UK. Wishing you all the very best for your shop. God bless.
Makes you realize that Toyotas are not the problem free vehicles many people think they are! All man made things are problematic at some time or another. Thank God that shops like this one exist, but are so hard to find. Thank you AMD for your videos!
Man America is truly something else... How easy it is for you guys to find 2008-2013 cars with only 60-80k miles on the ODO is surreal. Here in the Balkans almost every used car is with about 160k miles on the ODO... You are extremely lucky if you find a non rusted one with 100-120k...
Hey AMD 😊 Been following you now for 3 years almost and thanks to you I went away from German cars (Audi’s) over to a Lexus GS hybrid. Never regretted ever since, my heart now belongs to Toyota and Lexus land from now on. Just wanted to say that I love your work and wish you and your TCCN family the best of luck and as you always say, May the Lord bless you and keep you. P.S To bad you aren’t based in Norway 😆
Every time I watch one of these I’m always looking for my 02 Camry. Love working with Ahmed he always takes care of me, says hi, and explains what’s going on. Always feel assured my car is in good hands. Good seeing you on Wednesday!
AMD, love love your channel! Diego, keep learning and pass what you learn onto the up and coming. Amd, learning so much watching your videos. God Bless you, your family, and your business.
AMD, After watching the complete tour, I have a better understanding of your decision to TEMPORARILY delay the installation of the studio seating, snack bar and souvenir kiosk. 😉😉
I totally love this channel. Every video TCCN puts up is 💯 honest, positive and informative he is one of the reasons I bought a 2022 Corolla a while back. The full shop is a testament to the great mechanics and owner of the shop. God bless🙏
Been staring at that century for awhile. Good to finally know what is being done to it. Crazy how rare parts are but with how well made they are i expected that
Thanks for all the videos… I’m actually a Lotus guy (2011 Evora), but I watch your channel all the time for tips on the 2GR engine… they’re ALWAYS very helpful! Glad to see your shop is full… too much business is definitely the right problem to have!
Congratulation for your successful, I watch your channel. You're very a good person and Mechanic personality thank you for the all the information you give to the people. In your channel.
Me too, it seemed just like yesterday. I'm a regular at his place and try not to talk to him too much since he's always being pulled in different directions.
Oh my gosh, cars are packed-in like sardines in a can waiting for their turn yet AMD seems to take it all in stride! I'm just certain one of those tool boxes has to be the hidden liquor cabinet.
This video was not long enough! Please keep making them. Congratulations Diego! You're literally working for the best. Soak it up and enjoy! AMD and TCCN team seem fantastic
God bless u Ahmad. I really like the way u do ur work and I m learning things from u n changing the way I see life and think about people and their situation in life
Thank You Ahmat for all that eyecandy. can wait to see You talk about LS 460 Starter or Even Start issues. I wish I was in Chicago town sometimes I would be one of Your custumers too. As it is I am in small Ontario town. nearest service is 22km away, not that great but I love my heart breaker 2008 base model. specificaly I would love to learn how to diagnose sudden no crank situation. before I spring for a starter. Tony
If that 4-runner, that you suspect has a blown motor, is a 2UZ-FE - love to see you go through it. My LC is great at 400,000 kms - it would be nice to see what we do with these from now on. Cheers.
That car that wouldn't start when the engine was hot I had the same problem with my Toyota Avensis here in the UK. I took it to an independent garage near me and he couldn't replicate it or find the problem. I then took it to the Toyota dealership and I told the mechanic it would start when it was cold but not when it was hot. He knew immediately it was the starter motor without even looking at it.
The Avensis is a car we can only dream of on this side of the Atlantic. Having said that, we did have the Scion tC and Lexus HS 250h which were built on the Avensis platform.
I'm going to have to find out how to check for the valley plate leak on a RCF. My son is currently saving for one, and he's left it up to me to check it out first... Of course... 😂 13:18 Put it on your schedule AMD! I'd Love to see a video on that repair! 💯
I wondered if folks were sending cars from out of town, got my answer today. And no wonder they are, this is clearly a well-run shop. Full-scale car hospital!😅
AMD you can still work with insurance company. Do not take the car without an estimate. Tell the Customer to send you the estimate from the direct SHOP. Then you can adjust what ever you need add your labor rate and put the supplement. And tell the customer if it doesn’t go through you just give the car back but charge the diagnostic fee just in case.
Nice update. You are a very busy business there! The owner of that beautiful RC-F needs to invest in a PPF film on the front. That road rash looks awful!
I love this shop-tours...somthimes its a trip back in time with the oldskool cars...im very curious how the 'other' space in the shop looks like...nice story of Diego...is it normal to bring your own tools when you become a mechanic?🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱
16:36,nice car ,actually i got 2 friends who got the same car in the same color ,one is all beat up but its a daily driver, the other one belongs to a Taiwanese friend & his car is totally in perfect low mileage condition & looks showroom new ,he keeps everything original equipment & does alot of the maintenance himself
You can just hear the hushed congestion of sound as he enters the extra crowded part of the shop. (That'd be the one where over 70% of the cars were parked using minimum 2 people, and NOT relying on cameras or even 360⁰ cams). It's amazing how a concrete building can resemble the acoustics of a mass production sound room for music artists, by just filling it with Toyotas...errr, cars..
As being from Europe, I find it hard to wrap my head around that mechanics in shops need to buy their own tools. Here in Europe the mechanics provide the labour and the shop provides the tools. Do firemen need to buy their own hoses? Do office workers bring their own desks? 😅
Love what you do as always. Did you change something with your audio or mic's? I thought the mic had better clarity and depth in the previous video. Congrats to Diego for his achievements! I hope more master mechanics like yourself will train new technicians the right way. Keep up the good work. May the Lord bless you and keep you and have yourself a wonderful day.😉

DIEGO, congratulations brother. Happy for your growth, keep at it.
When AMD drops a TCCN Automotive shop update, it's a great day!
I want to thank you for supporting your team 🙏 shop owners nowadays don't do much for good technicians.
very hard to find good young help today. most kids dont want to get their hands dirty and actually work. why would they when mommy and daddy sppon feed them with a gold spoon. not to mention 90% OF KIDS today are all stoners. they cant even get up in the morning and make it to work on time. as a tech for 40 years i see less and less of young techs every year
High five to Diego, and to you for given him the opportunity to learn
Congratulations Diego! And thank you Ahmed for having the patience and knowledge to teach Diego how to be a successful technician. This is an opportunity of a lifetime for him.
He has the best teacher ever! Follow AMD’s footsteps and you will go places!
Congratulation Diego.
I used to work with an electronic technician then later promoted to production engineer. He never hold an EE degree but he was much better than any engineer that I have been working with. Dedication and hard work are the key.
i'm so happy for your success ...... and thank you for being such a humble human being.
I'm so happy for Diego, he has found a great home indeed. I remember my first job in the lawnmower shop and I had the greatest teacher as well, helped me formulate detailed work habits. Wish my old Camry was there, but am hoping to find a decent used Highlander....
I'm happy for Diego and you. Your investment in Diego will pay off for you both indeed
Stunning garage with only 1 fault, it's on other side of the ocean 😉👍 we need such good garage crew in UK 👍
Ahmad needs a well run franchise worldwide
State wide country wide city wide everywhere.
spr autos...merc specialist on YT, but similar values to Ahmed
Old school cars are best thing to have these days and overall!!!
I have just bought a new Toyota Corolla 1.8 hybrid estate mainly thanks to this gentleman. I love it so much. How I wish there was a Toyota technician with as much honesty, integrity and expertise here in the UK. Wishing you all the very best for your shop. God bless.

Diego, you are an inspiring story. Your boss is pretty great, too.
Look how God has blessed you AMD. You deserve it sir 👏🏾 🙌🏾
Man America is truly something else... How easy it is for you guys to find 2008-2013 cars with only 60-80k miles on the ODO is surreal. Here in the Balkans almost every used car is with about 160k miles on the ODO... You are extremely lucky if you find a non rusted one with 100-120k...
You're probably aware but we use miles not kilometers so our 60-80,000 miles are the equivalent of 100-130,000 kilometers.
I love these video’s Ahmed, I know it’s a while ago, but still love it. It’s nice to see what’s going on a TCCN.
Hey AMD 😊
Been following you now for 3 years almost and thanks to you I went away from German cars (Audi’s) over to a Lexus GS hybrid. Never regretted ever since, my heart now belongs to Toyota and Lexus land from now on.

Don’t get burnt out. Busy is a blessing!
AMD, After watching the complete tour, I have a better understanding of your decision to TEMPORARILY delay the installation of the studio seating, snack bar and souvenir kiosk. 😉😉
God bless Ahmed.. what an awesome problem to have with all these cars to repair.. I see many new videos coming!Cheers to you and your team!
So happy with all your blessings, Diego keep at it… thank you for all you do.
I totally love this channel. Every video TCCN puts up is 💯 honest, positive and informative he is one of the reasons I bought a 2022 Corolla a while back. The full shop is a testament to the great mechanics and owner of the shop. God bless🙏
Amd, you are the GOAT!! I learn alot from you. you are a classy gentleman and professional
Congrats Diego! You’re working for a great Toyota /Lexus specialist! Learn everything you can!! Great video brother!
Soli Deo Gloria~
Diego! Congratulations! Wishing you all the best. I hope you become a great mechanic/technician one day. God bless you
I love this type of video AMD! I dream to take my Toyota to your shop one day. May the Lord bless you and keep you too!
Congrats Diego! 🎉 AMD you are awesome! Many blessings to you and your family.
I really wish i could a honest decent passionate mechanic and shop like you in my town
Always love to catch up a very relaxing way to be educated and get an update for the shop. ❤❤❤
Amed - so cool that your business is thriving!
As i said before If I lived closer to your shop, I would've had all my repairs done with you on my 2002 ES300. Great shop...
Thank you for the catch up Mr. Ahmed, I was distracted continuously looking at the white Land Cruiser! Congrats Diego!
Holy car repairs !!! That's a lot of vehicles 😮 how you remember what's what !!!
Thank you for the updates, we appreciate you brother. Also love the way you treat your employees.
Diego will make you proud,he'll make a future in the car trade & will excel don't you worry.

Always fun to get the tour with the update. Diego did the maintenance on my GX!!!!!!🙂🙂🙂
Business is thriving.
Congrats!
Wow, your so busy! I can remember when you first got this place!
Behind every great car care nut there is a good cameraman or woman
This video was not long enough! Please keep making them. Congratulations Diego! You're literally working for the best. Soak it up and enjoy! AMD and TCCN team seem fantastic
This reminds me of giving report during shift change in the ED. 😂 It's amazing you can give a detailed history for all of these vehicles.
Happy Thanksgiving Ahmed to you and your family!!
God bless u Ahmad. I really like the way u do ur work and I m learning things from u n changing the way I see life and think about people and their situation in life
Look all those fine cars...that roaster is ...eye watering for me, such a beautiful car. Perfect car for Florida weather

Keep mentoring Diego!! Diego keep learning.
Watch Davids video from the Toyota factories in Japan. Learn about the 5S principal and apply in the shop.
Good job, for once, a honest and trustworthy mechanic.
If that 4-runner, that you suspect has a blown motor, is a 2UZ-FE - love to see you go through it.

@@rightlanehog3151 Mine was a 2003 model with 2 litre diesel engine bullet proof. I had it 9 years and its still being driven today.
Like his review channel, most useful review on UA-cam. If he would live in Alaska, I would own only Toyota brand.
This is my kind of tech and shop!! Nothing but Toyota's and Lexus's!!
that SC430 color looks amazing
Sc430....is gorgeous..the shop is still packed Ahmad. Lets go lets goooooo.
Happy your business is booming...well earned.
Shout out Diego...big up
Kudos AD for helping the youths
Holy crap youre busy…after my extended warranty on my 21 Highlander Platinum Hybrid expires in two years, I will only be servicing my car with you!
LS400 with 60k miles 🤯 🔥🔥🔥😍
Thank you for the update!
I need a mechanic like you near me!! I have 3 toyota currently and would love someone like you to maintain my vehicle 😄
Lots of broken Toyotas= job security. You are the best!
I'm going to have to find out how to check for the valley plate leak on a RCF. My son is currently saving for one, and he's left it up to me to check it out first... Of course... 😂

Put it on your schedule AMD! I'd Love to see a video on that repair! 💯
Thank you for the update on the white supra.. woot woot..😂
So glad that you are extremely busy 😎😎👍👍
I wondered if folks were sending cars from out of town, got my answer today. And no wonder they are, this is clearly a well-run shop. Full-scale car hospital!😅
DIEGO WE LOVE YOU BRO!!
My boy Diego getting the recognition he deserves
Mr Nut might as well start saving money for a bigger place you definitely need it!
Glad to see you're being kept busy, AMD.
Has to be a great shop when they need to keep turning away business for a couple of weeks at a time just to catch up.
would love to see a video on the 4Runner, or at least an update. Blown 2UZ isn't something you hear every day!
Wish you all the success. Stay blessed

Awesome shop! Had my inspection done there on my 2021 IS 350 this week. Hoping it will end up in one of the videos ;)
Much respect Diego 👍
The Mayo Clinic of Toyota Shops.
Good one!
7M coming soon!!! Hopefully we get a build video????
Thank you

You're going to need a bigger shop. What a back log!
You need one of those Carvana multilevel garages!

Teachers buy their own planners, classroom materials, decorations and learning tools.

No wonder I couldn't get an appointment for pre-purchase inspection. You need a bigger or a second shop and presto! :)
2:20 I thought you were going to say 600 dollars and then you said 6,000. it really does make sense why they steal them
Luv your work ethic...
Love these vids! Please keep us updated on that Corolla issue.
I STILL think u have not seen your busiest shop. Stay tuned.😉👍🇺🇸
It's great to be busy, but you've gone to the extreme here. LOL.
Anyway thank you for this video.
