This is so perfect! Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us! Your videos helped me a lot in learning and understanding programming languages, especially Java and now I feel prepared enough to search for a Job. A week ago I started to search about Java EE and frameworks, and I started to search and learn about Spring, but unfortunately when I searched through your tutorials, I couldn't find anything about Spring and with those said, i hope you will make a tutorial about Spring framework(most of the Junior Java Developer jobs i saw required at least basic knowledge about Spring). P.S I know there are a lot of tutorials on youtube and stuff(especially Java or Spring or databases or etc), but for me, they are far below your teaching level. You're awesome!

hello derek i'm asking if you're going to make a tutorial one vid or series about synfig studio the documentation is little bit confusing , and thank's for your hard continuous work
Do you prefer Java or C# ? Java seem to have a very very strong job market and security but do you feel it's outdated for webdev work with all the innovations going in the frontend Javascript community React etc ?
Thanks a lot for yet another amazing video. @Derek would love one of your tutorials on any Eclipse Microprofile implementation to create a microservices based product.
Would you ever do tutorials on how to build an iPhone App (everything, not just an interface) and create a startup? I’ve seen your cooking, exercise, and even your how to crochet videos. From that I can assume that you might be good at teaching hopeful entrepreneurs.
That's funny :) Thank you for watching all the videos! Ukulele, Drums and Japanese are coming soon. Yes actually I plan on making iPhone apps immediately after I finish covering Java EE. I actually started my channel to help entrepreneurs because I am one.
Thank you! And I’ll clarify, those videos demonstrate that you are good at teaching multiple subjects and programming at the same time. I’m sure teaching the technology and business aspect of a startup is something you can do well. Also, any plans for the 1M?
why didn't you use JSF and JPA? i think with these technologies you would show the real power of java EE and how easy it is to create a form and abstract all the http request and response part and also the database connection and query. so you can focus on business logik instead of the whole infrastructure
We are currently learning JSP / JSF... I don't see any point in learning these... They are just oudated and no one even uses them.. A dude in my class asked my prof: " Are Servlets (JSP / JSF) even used these days" He just simply said no and laughed lol...

Not sure if I actually am answering your question here but... He created a new customer by calling the customer constructor, and then passing in the parameters that were just created.
Outstanding tutorial. Everyone's confused as to how to achieve regular MVC in Java EE with servlets and JSP without the memory leaks. This one covers best. Also, do you believe MVC with JSF is faster and more efficient?
