For vitamins C I think is best to eat food and fruits rich in vitamin c like citrus. While taking the capsules make sure to take lots of water daily as does tablets are too big to be fully broken down and flushes away through the kidneys so too much of it can cause kidney stones.

I am not just happy that i couldn't get either of them here since i moved to Germany. Wow.. Everyone is really different. I have tried primrose oil and I broke out like a mad person! same with Vitamin C(this refers to any supplement that contains even a hint of vitamin C too, skincare products included) and they were recommended. The only supplement that works for me is Fish oil/Cod Liver oil. My skin glows with it!
