I had such an incredible experience in Ho Chi Minh. I was walking around down town when a big group of local kids who were probably my age approached me. I expected them to try and sell me something or were looking to have a little fun with some terrorists! So I kind of ignored them until they told me that they were just looking to talk. They explained that they wanted to learn English and that in Vietnam a lot of the time the only way to learn in so take classes that can be very expensive. So what a lot of kid will do is go down town and try and find American tourists. For the next hour we just sat around and chatted about our lives. No money was exchanged, just a lot of good talk! At the end they taught us a local game that I unfortunately cannot remember! One of the greatest experiences of my life! I miss this place dearly!
