Sk d have cabbage juice just before meal and dont use glutin flour there are many glutin free flour in the market.

As a restaurant owner, wanting to find something for my staff to watch, to express the danger in allowing gluten into a novel gluten’ order, this seems a little too jolly. But that’s only my specific reason for not wanting to share this video. It’s good for kids to understand it without panicking etc, but the seriousness of this disease and also for the gluten intolerant, is not something to be ‘just aware of’. What makes it harder for me, is the high population of people avoiding gluten as a health choice. Gluten isn’t a bad thing, but similar to any allergens etc, it is a huge hazard.
I appreciate you taking it seriously. So many don't. You're an amazing person for doing that.
I’ve been diagnosed with a lot of illnesses(both mental and physical) because of my celiac disease.
I have dermatitis, borderline anaemia, lack of vitamins, weak bones, delayed puberty, anxiety, very rarely depression, it makes life hard, but also makes me unique, I’m the only person in my school who has it, it’s awkaward sometimes but I guess You learn to live with it.
I have it and it does suck but there are foods and snacks that my wife makes that taste better than processed

The diagnosis is made by a combination of blood antibody tests and intestinal biopsies, which is assisted by specific genetic testing. It's not easy to find out what the problem is. Autoantibodies in the blood can be dangerous, and often individuals have minor intestinal changes and regular villi. Thank you so much for taking the time to tell us about this!
I have coeliac and I ate smth with gluten I it the other day and I felt horrible
I didnt realize that I had a gluten allergy until my 40’s but I have also had gut problems my entire life. I ended up with an autoimmune thyroid condition which forced me to figure out what the hell was going on. I have had to completely cut out gluten (plus I am sensitive now to a lot of other stuff like CHOCOLATE 😫) but it has been a hard road because one screw up is like taking 2 steps back. My diet is SUPER strict now and it sucks....but its also a relief to not be inexplicably sick either. I would go to the ER at least 3 times a year and they thought I just had anxiety but no it was a gluten allergy.
It's not an allergy, that's the wrong word, You also have a sensitivity/intolerance which >leads to a disease over years. unfortunately, take care!

Celiac is not diagnosed when i tested from laboratory. But i can not drink and eat properly. There is lot of stomach pain and pain is relieved when i eat something, then motion start. The pain is worse between meals and night. When i eat rice i feel relaxed but lot of rice leads to asthma at night.

Think this is the problem I am having.. been keeping a food log. Severe stomach aches on days I eat wheat, only mere hours after. I'm anemic, but we aren't sure why. Finally going to see a GI doctor next week.

I’ve had it for most of my life and am used to not having gluten but it’s always a pain. 😕 for me the smallest bit will make me sick. So the diet is really strict.

Doctors say its easy to maintain if you follow a strict gluten free diet but yet I still feel all my symptoms, now I probable have developed other types of conditions because of it.

I went to the Dr because I had a lot of the symptoms as well as low blood sugar events all day. Dr. told me to eat more whole wheat everyday ..Yikes

My dad was born with such bad celiac that he almost died. Could only be fed liquefied bananas

I started puberty and it’s regulates at the same time at age 12 and from then my height is 150
Now I suffer from not gaining weight and I bloat a lot I went to a doctor and check antibodies it cames out negative but till now I’m not sure of it

@Baraa daod for me, it causes stomach pain, and it's difficult to digest... for instance, pizza/pasta goes in, but it doesn't come out lol. It takes my body a very long time to digest starchy carbs. Either that, or I simply eat too much at each setting. I also tend to bloat up pretty bad, although that may be due to a combination seasonings (salt) and MSG, but I'm not sure
