Short movie: In too deep at the workplace

This short film reflects my sense of dissociation in the workplace. I felt it was important to start with this, to show that we all have the personal power to bring about change.
I also want to emphasise that the negative narrative about our companies from a historical perspective is completely unjustified. Compared to the past, and certainly at the time of the biblical texts, our organisations are already a miracle in themselves. The world would be much worse off if our corporations, as hierarchical or toxic as they sometimes are, did not exist.
Moreover, what struck me is that this negative message does not motivate people to do better at all. Instead, it creates a culture of recrimination and blame, while at the same time placing the heavy burden on us to solve the problem tomorrow-while this is an issue that spans generations.
That is why I am done with that narrative. My message today is that when it comes to people and work-quality, we are already doing tremendously well, but we can do even better. Doing the right thing works-no time to lose!
