"Where's Twilight" have easy and logical answer: minding her royal business in Canterlot. That would make sense if this animation is post-coronation on the timeline.
A wonderful wintery animation here. It's a pity that Twilight isn't here, but it's really understanding that she's the ruler of Equestria now. I'm sure her friends could show a picture of this and talk about their fun times in the snow.

Even if the seasons are over the fans still continue it with small love letters like this that still make you come back to enjoy the charm and joy of it.

That last shot reminds me that the Ponyville group has gone back to the season 1-3 setup now that Twilight is in Canterlot: 2 Unicorns, 2 Pegasi, and 2 Earth Ponies, with Starlight essentially replacing Twilight.
Starlight Glimmer was the one destined to restore balance to the show.

Busy dealing with snow removal logistics, signing off on the next snow fall schedule, signing off on the heartwarming festivities in Canterlot, holding summits with the other leaders, signing off on the mew immigration policies now that the school she founded is a pathway to residence for foreign nationals, predicting and circumventing the next major threat to Equestria, dispatching rescue teams for all of the poor mail ponies that got lost delivering mail to Discord's house. Typical Princess stuffs. There's no time for fun. That's why Celestia had to take advantage of the few opportunities she had to be an absolute troll.

Not the biggest fan of winter but seeing my girls building snow castles and snowmen just having fun makes me happy for some reason
