The animation style of Wano arc is very different from the rest of the anime so far. At first I was a little disgusted as how pronounced everything was, but man am I loving it right now. They've improved too, so it's really good now.
Don't compare it to Animes like Demon Slayer and stuff. Those use primarily CGI in them. One piece only uses CGI to automate the boring parts of the anime, the ship, ocean waters and stuff. At least as far as I notice. Classic hand drawn 2D animation is the bet after all.

cgi is still a lot of work. its equally time consuming in its own way. but yes 2d is still more impactful
