Alistair can also be executed to secure Anora's position as queen or can be made kill himself by not doing the ritual with Morrigan and having him kill the Archdemon, so in total you can kill everyone bar Morrigan in the base game, while the DLC seemed to let you kill Morrigan too by stabbing her at the end of the DLC (retroactively changed so she didn't die in Inquisition).

Funny thing about the Baldur’s Gate 3 falling death: it’ll trigger even if you use a spell like Feather Fall which usually makes it so you can jump from any height and not take damage. The problem is that Feather Fall only lasts for a minute or 600ft, meaning that yeah, the Underdark is a LONG way down.
6:18 Not true, you can kill pretty much all of the party at different points; you can kill the dog by euthanizing him rather than curing him at the start (Human Noble origin doesn't get this option), you can kill Zevran if you have low affinity when confronting his former allies (they persuade him to turn on you), you can kill Oghren by implying he's a coward when he tries to leave at low affinity, Alistair can be executed, Shale can be killed if you side with Branka during the anvil quest. The only one who can't die in the base game is Morrigan and she was killable in the DLC (Inquisition retroactively changed it so she didn't die despite the Warden stabbing her). That's not even considering the sheer number of temp party members you can kill off as well.
The Fallout 4 nuke death was actually pretty quickly discovered back when the game came out. There's a cheevo for doing so, so you might as well just do it and get it out of the way.

Every Companion in DA:O is possible to not recruit, or to kill at some point, bar Alistair, where you have to meet certain criteria and Anora will sentence him to death. Otherwise, he just leaves the party to become a drunk/king. And Morrigan, who has Plot Armour, but can be kicked out of the party at a couple of points. She comes back before the final battle with an offer, but will either leave then if rejected or after the battle. Honestly, it’s probably more surprising if you can kill any of your DA:I companions, besides Blackwall. Most of them will just leave if they get low enough disapproval, not attack you. I knew that leliana and wynn could turn against you and force you to kill them if you make the pretty clearly evil choices, but I always avoided those scenarios. I was playing a fairly merciful diplomatic kind of warden and he was always wanting me to just be a blunt violent asshole to everyone and eventually thought I was too weak to lead.
