AssalamuAlaikum sheikh I have a question which has been on my mind consistently and I would like to be guided,' what is the best action one should take when they have accumulated years worth of missed Salah and is there a way to make up for this?' JazakhAllah.
Brother do Tauba for what you have already done and be ashamed of the sin and make solid decision of never ever missing salah in future. Also, calculate your missed Salah and complete them now. For example, if your age is 32 and you remember when do became adult then calculate the missed Salah as per that. And if you don't remember when you became adult as per islam then take age as 12. So 32-12 =20 years of missed Salah. 20 rakkat of every day * 365 days * 20 years. Take some time from your day daily and read your missed Salah. For example, free time between fazr and time when you go for work - 5 am to 7 am - if you take 1 mins per rakkat then cover 60 rakkats daily (1hours daily). You will complete 20years of missed Salah in 6.5 years. If you do it twice a day - morning and night then 120 rakkats daily - 3.5 years

What if a person says that they saw the prophet pbuh in a dream advocating for their peer/mahdi and advising them to follow them ?
Tell him you will do your due diligence and see if your peer is so worth following.

Shaykh at 19 minutes you mentioned about people taking bayah with sins and misguidance. What about the real shyukh?
This is an unfair point what if a persons life changes with bayah and they become a 5 time namaazi and start to follow the sunnah?
Please be careful how you word your lectures as you could be the one guilty of misguiding the public!
Brother maybe u aren't aware about the kind of peers there are in India and Pakistan the level of jahilya they have they have different salahs and what not and they call themselves peers Alhamdulillah we still have the real peers so a person needs to first understand deen and then go for searching a real spiritual guide is what shaykh meant

we are from the UK we are not Jahil to follow any shaykh who goes against shariah and doesn’t put Shariah first this is basic knowledge.
However it seems with shaykh Asrar they have a personal agenda and in many lectures they don’t talk about the positives of Tariqah or shuyukh and rather try refer to them as cults.
Ma Shaa Allah all tariqah go back to our beloved prophet SAW this is something we should be promoting not speaking against now someone has a small audience or following.
