its just amazing..... I love to see this place .....now adays we r watching Kosem Sultan and where they shoot the serial its same......love this place
Fantastic job! Thank you for posting this. I enjoyed watching this silently as I went from place to place with you! It gave me the opportunity to look all around as you did, allowing me to simply be there too. To many videos have to much talk. After seeing this, I hope to visit in person one day...great job again, and I'm watching now for new videos from you!
Thanks Jacque, You're most welcome. I try to keep it nature and relaxing to watch. I posted another video of a castle in Lahore, Pakistan. Here's the link if you like: ua-cam.com/video/opq8aQG2Xjw/v-deo.html
Thanks for replying and for the link. Since I've been watching the Magnificant century, I've been fascinated with the castle you filmed, as well as other palaces. I'm going to view the link now! Be well, and keep up your efforts, there're much appreciated...🤴
Faran Khan I think this is a good video length. Watched it while exercising on my treadmill. Great to see the sights of other parts of the world. Yes, please make more. Thanks again.
Thanks for this video. But, the person who never been in Istanbul is a harder without explanation of what is on a part of videos. But, also, I am so interesting to come in Istanbul :)
Thanks for the feedback guys. It was actually a personal visit and the first time I made a video. I'll definitely work on making videos better and more vocal. 😊
It was around $50 for the castle entry and like another $25 to visit the Haram. Unfortunately I couldn't find it and was getting late so I skipped Haram but it's definitely worth it. Especially all the antique items in there. +هكذا علمتني غربتي
You will find mix of both. Just as Turkey itself, people have both white skins and Arab skins, also mix as well. I personally think they are quite attractive people
fairybits lol they held enormous power and lived lavish ultra rich lifestyles. wtf are you on about. Preferably over living in some mud hut somewhere in the empire, working your ass off in the field every day while bearing 12 kids and then dying of some horrible fucking disease or hunger/war/bandits etc. Not to mention many if not most of them were from aristocratic backgrounds. They were no different than ladies in waiting etc in most cases. The Mother of the Sultan often chose his concubines and or his wife if he took one (early sultans did not) it wasn't some sex dungeon. The Harem was literally where the Sultans family, their servants, ladies in wiating etc and young kids lived.
They didn't come from the Empire, they were usually captured from areas controlled by the Russian Empire, expecially Georgians, Armenians and Ukrainians. That's also why the Ottoman family has little Turkish blood as they only "married" non-Muslim women.
Millions Women wanted to be one of them in the age, war age.... With honor and respect much better the concubines's life in Europe. It's Islam and they saved the women.
@@weltarchiv4 lmao they wernt captured, territories where the empire had conquest (or even the women voluntarily come for a better lifestyle) when a lot of the men would die in the neighbouring regions, the sultan has a choice of taking the women for himself or distributing them. Because they were essentially homeless. In the Quran or bible it’s referred to as “for which your right hand possesses” you can search more about that

The series is historical and dramatic and provide a freshness on what was in your era and the series does not judge history
