Meizu M5 Note Firmware Update,Upgrade,Flyme 6

Please help me. I wish to reboot my M5 because I do not know the phone code anymore. But when I do the procedure of the video and I press start after downloading the update the download is not done: he asks me the code of the phone! that's why I want to reset it. What can I do? Meizu m5 note jangan di upgrade, sy udah 4 x ganti, dan yg stabil memang versi 6 global bawaan pertama, kalau di upgrade pasti batrai kadang cepat drop, kalau di cas bisa terisi 40% keatas, kadang pengisian norma, ini bukan bermasalah pada battery nya, tapi system pendeteksi battry os flyme yg terbaru tidak stabil, solusi segera kembali ke versi 6 global awal
