I cant believe out of all of those quick times, none of them actually one shots u except the sillydillo boss. Not even the final boss can do that

This game has a thing for chewing. You'd think Kirby taste like bubble gum with how often he is put it someone's mouth. Then again, I guess the tables have turned.

Ok so, a humongous ball formed of broken buildings being thrown by the ultimate life form can’t kill kirby, but getting put in a cage and then said cage being smashed? Instant death.

its an insta kill because if you dont get out kirby is stuck there forever or until someone gets kirby out

Kirby almost getting impaled is such a big scene, only for it to do a smidge of damage if you fail the QTE.

Kinda underwhelmed when I saw what happens if you dont save Elfilin/release soul in time, you just get poked with minor injury and Elfilis recovering just a small bit of HP.
Three other enemies eat you, gnawcodile, sssnacker and pacto
Frosty also did this in other previous games
Except that "insta kill" takes two years to happen lol, you'll never be killed by sillydillo like that unless you're drunk, high, extremely sleepy or willing to be killed, but yeah pretty cool, kinda wish elfilis spear was an ohko too

Apparently Sillydillo is stronger than Fecto Elfilis, and Chaos Elfilis combined.
All he needed to do was shake up the cage like he’s Darla shaking up a bag of fishies, and insta-kill the puffball!
It's more of smashing the cage that does Kirby in

sillydoo's in my opinion was the smartess youll die if you fail and melee attacks arent a option also you can actully escape phantom gorimondo really hard though

Dedede usually just inhales you into his tummy and spits you out, dealing damage, I did not expect him to chew Kirby like a delicious homemade chicken sandwich.
It’s hard if you’re joycons can’t move quick in time either by misinput or switch drift (for the analog stick.)
I always fail the gorimondo quick times just because drift
Also because drift driving into that massive rock near the end was the most stressful thing in my life

If you can’t get out of Sillydillo/Phantom Sillydillo’s cage quick enough & you’re out of money in the Ultimate Cup or Ultimate Cup Z, it’s over. & if you get him before the final 5 bosses/phantom bosses, AND if you get 1 shotted by his cage attack, you’re gonna have to start all over.

New to the series and not watching this for now as I'm starting with 20th anniversary edition and SNES classic out of morbid curiosity for memorial day(happy holidays, anyone btw, or even "good day" lol), but this thumbnail caught my eye on my feed as the bottom left guy looked like a robo crash bandicoot (Mario, sonic, crash, and link (who is not Zelda lol) were the most I really kept track of as far as gaming mascots go and I just assumed Kirby was a smash character as he definitely got sakurai's bias lol)
And I only played some of superstar, and with that image I want a Kirby x crash game 😂

Hey guys, I just want to point out that based on the big rig we see Kirby use against fecto elfilis, elfilis should be around 16-17 feet tall. How did the researchers even manage to capture this thing.
How tall is it in meters?
Elfilis is about 10 or 11 times Kirby's height, which is 8 inches, which means he's around 6-7 feet tall. The big rig is actually a lot smaller than normal, as it was most likely invented by and for a species around Kirby's own size, not by humans.
You can get meta knight sword from Meta Knight's sword, before obtaining the meta knight sword upgrade????

I don’t understand how I keep failing the phantom gormando quick time event I was moving the joy stick fast!
It is probably the Joycon itself since Joycon drift is a thing. I used the Pro Controller since its more comfortable for my hands and I never once failed a quick time event unless I did it on purpose.
I hate how they gave the instant kill property to Sillydillo, and not Forgo Dedede or Fecto Elfilis and Chaos Elfilis. In fact, I feel Fecto Forgo would be actually intense if when you touch him it starts a quick time event where if you fail Kirby gets absorbed.
I hope sillydillo and pantom sillydillo keep Kirby comfortable in that cage

I get that Sillydillo being the only one here who can one-shot you is a big deal, but Nintendo’s really been on a roll with having their heroes unleash cathartic battle cries during the climaxes of their most recent games. First Samus in _Metroid Dread,_ now Kirby in this game.
