I have had the oneway coring tool for several years and only do a few blanks a year. I am starting to save for the Carter hollowing cutter, but the laser set up tool blows my mind. Why haven’t I heard of or seen one until now. Building one next time I get to the shop. Thanks
I've only had my Coring system and Korepro cartridge for a few months but so far, it's paid for itself with the extra bowls I can get from a single blank. It works great on all the different wood species (Walnut, Maple, Butternut, Cherry) that I've used it on, as well as wood/resin bowls. The nice thing is, I'm not forever sharpening my cutter after just a few cores. I think I'm at 26 cores on the one side of my cutter, and it still throws ribbons of shavings like it was new. I'm even considering a second cartridge so that I'm not changing them between cutters so often.
I have the woodcut bowlsaver system with the brazed on cutters. Do you have an opinion of whether your current (one-way) cutters could be brazed on? I'm wondering whether the screw hole for the carbide cutter would be compromised during the brazing process. Thanks.

I'd love to get more info on making the setup jig you showed.

Thank you for your comment. Many thanks.
Thanks so much

Do you have any more details on the laser jig? It looks like a great idea.
Yes please....... info on the laser jig please. What are all the markings?
Just got my Onway system. Looks like I need to grab a Korporo soon!
The KroPro cutter is a total game changer when coring any woods and resins.
Looks good. I'll be buying a few of these in the near future. What brand and model of face shield/helmet are you wearing?
It looks comfortable
It is a Uvex brand, purchased at one of the trade shows several years ago.

The Korpro will only fit on the OneWay system. I have looked at retrofitting the Woodcut, but it is not a practical solution.
