- What would happen if you decided to recreate all the textures in Super Mario Odyssey? Find out in this video! This mod was entirely made by me, maybe I'll upload it at some point, there's a lot of stuff I made that didn't end up in the final video or you can only see for a couple of seconds if you're looking hard.

If you want to see why it’s a bad idea, look at some of the stuff games repainted has done
Actually, I would like to see Games Repainted resurrected elsewhere. It is a bad idea if seriously making a game or getting the game to look good in a different style, but I love the memetic corruptions.
He already turned his Mario’s eyes into a Sharingan so there’s that.
I like how Fir presents this to us all as if he's not the one responsible for it

The way he describes his kingdoms is so wholesome.
Change all the textures, then do any% and everytime you laugh, you reset the run. Or even better, make someone else do this while you change the textures

Okay but the funniest thing about giving Mario the Sharingan eyes is thats also a running joke with Games Repainted (who essentially do this for tons of games), so the coincidence of doing that in what is essentially a repaint for this is amazing
This video feels like you made all the texture decisions while high, forgot, and then opened up odyssey after a week and now remembering all your regret.

This is kind of like Games Repainted, for anyone unfamiliar they’re a group of people that retextures and replace sounds and music of various games like Luigi’s Mansion and most infamously Rhythm Heaven, check them out if you haven’t some of their projects are hilarious
He did put in a Sharingan, which is a meme within Games Repainted, so I call this a revival of the format.

you have someone play this, but there is only one texture change, and with every moon, a new texture is replaced, and you wait and see how long it takes for them to go mad
We didn't get any Odyssey 2 in the direct so Fir just took it upon himself to remake the entire game, as one does (all jokes aside, I love your humour, this video is class)
