I am self-learning clay figure making. Thank you so much for the working process and tips! They will be handy in the future :D may I ask why you chose to mix light Air dry clay with polymer clay?
It delays drying and makes it easier to model. I mixed it for ease of use.

I feel like female Zenitsu would be this brave, lionhearted sorta masculine tomboy, doesn't take much interest in love, but would regardless have feelings for Tanjiro, just too afraid to admit it, or as a lesbian she would be still attracted to Nezuko, but she doesn't hit on her or get up in her face or obsess over her like the actual Zenitsu is known to do. I loved every bit of this

Inosuke's face would prob stay the same, her hair might be a bit longer, but she'd still be buff for a girl, probably this competitive yet friendly tomboy who possibly has a crush on Tanjiro as it's always the rowdy tomboy that has a serious crush on the main protag, and she gets quieter and more shy around him as the story goes on

自分も真似して作ってみてますが、同じような髪の毛の細さで作ると、ポキポキ乾燥後に折れてしまうのですが、その辺りなにかコツなどありますでしょうか？粘土の種類？など。パテのほうがよいですかね？

やはり確実な型を出すには、パテが最適だと思います。後盛りや切削もできるのは強みです。
軽量樹脂粘土は安価ですが、取り扱いはむずかしいです😭
皐月が善逸のコスプレしてるような感じもある
