It actually sounded really nice when it started to ramp up but before everything pretty much melted into each other Edit: I'm not saying it's bad, it just naturally sounds like a mess because Minecraft isn't a fancy audio editing software that can raise or lower the volume of certain notes. It's Rush E of course it's gonna sound like chaos.

When trove first came out, it was like a big open sandbox of broken mined terrain, about 3 months later it was an open world rpg with player houses that people would build traps inside to grief people. When custom worlds were released around the 6month mark, there was this one guy that made a musical track world. I visited every week for about 4 more months. So nice to hear so many videogame tracks, popular anime tracks and even some 80s, 90s and early 2000 tracks. You just sit in a minecart and it plays music as you go on a little ride. Just like your video, but the tracks used less mechanics to produce sound so it was....petite.
Some of the notes feel off because in the song they are spaced ever so slightly further apart, but repeaters don't have that level of control. Also notes can't be held.
Honestly, this is really great, but has some minor errors, plus the audio quality isn't the best. There is room for improvement; there is room for a new arc of Rush E villainy. If someone wants to do it, they may just be able to pull it off.

If the manager doesn't understand automation, you are literally a wizard with the output of 10 employees. If they do understand it, they hire an automation engineer and fire 10 people. You had to time and measure how far each block is apart so you could fly and see the notes. I am thoroughly impressed. Good job.

Volume comes with distance, you can see note blocks further down. Meaning the sound will be lower since they are further away.
They should have it be so that a note blocks volume is determined by the strength of the redstone signal.
