Very cool. I have family members that live in a house that was moved to Ingleside. Also My wife attended the school that was shown in this video. It's neat to see a couple of clips of old Ingleside.
Various combinations of Morrison-Knudsen, B. Perini & Sons, Walsh Construction Company, Utah Construction Company and Peter Kiewit Sons' Company were awarded many of the major contracts in this area. The HCEA's 36th annual International Convention & Old Equipment Exposition is September 23-25, 2022, at our National Construction Equipment Museum, 16623 Liberty Hi Road, Bowling Green, Ohio! 300 to 400 working and static antique construction, farming and military machines, trucks, engines and more! 9-7 Friday, 9-5 Saturday, 9-3 Sunday. $10 per day, $20 weekend pass.
I never heard any body talking about working on that project ,was it all contracted out?My uncle worked there for Pitts construction but never heard of any hydro people being there.
Terry Cunningham I really wish I had more detail about the personnel used. I believe there were contractors from both the US and CAN sides along with unionized labourers from both countries.
