Support me on patreon: / dapz1 100% this video finna flop lmao This is truly an april fools ap physics strength of materials ame 204 210 cme me stress moment
Wait it was actually educational? I was hoping it’d break down into saying my dad left because the tensile strength of my family couldn’t withstand the weight of my mother
I thought this was a joke video for sometime at the start, and was waiting for the punchline.Anyways i hope you keep doing these types of videos, they're really intresting and kind of wierdly entertaining.
Thanks, Dapz, you can teach tensile stress lessons as well as my mechanics of materials professor but my mechanics of materials professor could never eat a Popeye's biscuit without water like you. This is why you're the best.
I'm taking mechanics of materials this semester and I saw this Dapz video pop in my feed. I expected the video to harp on about the stress in your life but it appears he is actually just giving an introductory lesson to tensile stress.
this got my brain running again. It's been about half a semester since i last touched any form of science (let alone physics, something I'm very inconfident in), yet the question somehow activated some hidden schizo switch in my head and I solved it without the video explanation. Than you
no joke i actually learned something today about math/science. i thought i was just going to learn about mental stress, but i actually learned about tensile stress today
I was geniunly gonna comment "I waited 6 minutes for a punchline" and the fact that you said the exact same thing at the end of the video was scary lol XD
The calculations here can be simplified. You don't even need the diameter of the two strings, just the fact one is twice as wide. The area of the first string is π r^2, and the second is π (2r)^2 = 4 π r^2. Since the area is 4 times as large and the first string broke at 100 lbs, the second must break at 400 lbs! Otherwise a surprisingly neat video, I was expecting a joke but this is nice too!
haha double april fools i said I'd be gone for 6 months but instead i was only gone for a month and a half
So true
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I wish you were gone forever 😔
uhm acstually it's april 2nd 🤓🐊
bruh O.O i've been fooled too many times
This is a surprisingly and unironically legit lesson
FACTS at this point dapz should be a professor in a college.
What a weird sentence
I’m going through this at school right now and this video actually helped lol
Learning and Entertainment is a powerful combo
@@cryptic2121It's called Edutainment i think.
Once again Dapz blesses us with knowledge not even the most esteemed university professors know
even 11th grade highschoolers know this basic stuff, america has done yall real bad
@@devd_rx you gotta be the densest human alive or be baiting 💀
FACTS.
@@devd_rx you must be fun at parties. Also I have to point out that I am being sarcastic because you would probably take this seriously as well.
@Cameron Tupper my sarcastic ass rn: 😵💫
The man tried to fool his audience but left them smarter than they once was this why Dapz is a god
This was his plan all along
-🤡🤓
this is way better than what my teachers at my college teach me.
thanks dapz academy
Bro is going to Hustlers University for college 💀

1:30 dapz saying among us was way funnier than it should’ve been
lol
lol
AMONG US
finally i found someone mentioning it
Damn, Dapz is actually teaching math, on April 2nd, that's impressive.
PST fr
This is physics ☠️
It’s actually material science
Its actually mechanics of deformable bodies
He brought back Dapz Academy just for April Fools' Day, what a legend
This is literally what I'm studying in college rn thanks for the help dapz
Wait it was actually educational? I was hoping it’d break down into saying my dad left because the tensile strength of my family couldn’t withstand the weight of my mother
Wtf😭😭😭😭😭
Crazy that the april fools joke of the video is that the video is not a joke.
I loved the part when he said the stress was never coming home and the stress and the ultimate among us father rope breakage
Thank you so much!!! I NEEDED THIS.
This is better than what I learnt from 3 years of majors!
I thought this was a joke video for sometime at the start, and was waiting for the punchline.Anyways i hope you keep doing these types of videos, they're really intresting and kind of wierdly entertaining.
"I'll be mature and not laugh at silly jokes again"
Dapz: Majority of us *Among Us*
Thanks, Dapz, you can teach tensile stress lessons as well as my mechanics of materials professor but my mechanics of materials professor could never eat a Popeye's biscuit without water like you. This is why you're the best.
Yoo, finally another Dapz academy video.
Honestly I love Physics so this was great either way, thanks for the stress dapz
I'm taking mechanics of materials this semester and I saw this Dapz video pop in my feed. I expected the video to harp on about the stress in your life but it appears he is actually just giving an introductory lesson to tensile stress.
This is unironically helpful and perfect timing since we have a project on tensegrity structures and I found terms we could use for our paper
I was hoping it would be for my mental stress but instead i learned physics, therefore furthering my stress, thanks Dapz!
the fact this guy can teach us without us losing focus is just incredible
"Wow this video is so educational, I wonder what other informative videos he has"
I feel like my brain power is divine after this video

This is truly the video of all time 🗿
i just had a prac at uni today about stress, and this unironically helps. thank you dapz academy
thank you dapz, I really needed this
Dapz is the only being the entire universe to make the most authentic Title on April Fools Day.
Dapz Has Ultimate Strength
I actually really enjoyed this video I even forgot about waiting for a punchline
Holy chicken... You gave me a new perspective on the meaning of stress with your analogy
UA-cam is gonna struggle to decide who to recommend this video to. lol
This is actually a rather pleasant and enjoyable video.
I literally just thought about you like 2 minutes ago, glad you're doing well!
taking AP physics this year so this is very helpful thank you very much Dapz
1:32 AMOGUS 🤯
"Among us", completely intentional
this got my brain running again. It's been about half a semester since i last touched any form of science (let alone physics, something I'm very inconfident in), yet the question somehow activated some hidden schizo switch in my head and I solved it without the video explanation.
Than you
the ironic part is that this taught me tensile strength better than my grade 11 physics teacher 💀
Let’s go dapz actually posted a useful video for my major
thx needed help for my homework 👍 couldnt find any other video that was so helpful
I actually was really invested in this topic, even though I hate physics
This video covered a whole chapter of Mechanics of Deformable Bodies course
in less than 6 minutes
no joke i actually learned something today about math/science. i thought i was just going to learn about mental stress, but i actually learned about tensile stress today
This was some very string-breaking information, and very informative. Thanks for the lesson.
Hi Charles
Hi Charles
I was geniunly gonna comment "I waited 6 minutes for a punchline" and the fact that you said the exact same thing at the end of the video was scary lol XD
Thank you Dapz
Ty 😭 we all needed this. Hope you’re doing a lot better Dapz!
How difficult was it to say Among Us with a straight face?
I’ve gotten like 5 among us comments and I have no clue what’s going on
I LOVE DAPZ
WOOOOOOOOOOO YEAH BABYYY DAPZ ACADEMY IS BACK!!!
Dude, you totally killed it! I have a D on physics and hopefully when I learn this, I can improve my grade 😎
If you get to a C in physics next week you’ll have completed the DC circuit

YAY DAPZ UPLOADED AGAIN🎉
pls more dapz academy theyre so cool
Thanks for spreading you knowledge!
Me, studying physics and pressure and stumbling on this video: I see this as an absolute win
Thank you for this lesson, you teach much better than my professors!
Dapz academy has taught me how to succeed in life more than all my classes at school combined. Thank you dapz academy
WHY THIS ACUTALLY MAKE SENSE 😭

The most infuriating thing about this is the use of the disgusting psi when instead we can use the almighty metric unit: Pascal.
Normally I’d agree with you for almost any other metric unit but psi is a hell of a lot easier to conceptualize mentally
Psi is so much better for such values
Wie this is actually a legit physics lesson
DAPZ ACADEMY WOOOOOOOOO
Please make more of these.
bro even got the mic quality spot on
thank you
bro what i was watching the previous videos and then this just popped up
He is so powerful, he changed the date of April fools day. We must now stop prancing on the 1st, but now the 2nd.
the goat is backkk
Why is this actually useful
Insightful!
thank you monsieur professor!
Lol i thought there would be a punchline but I’m still happy to learn more about physics 😂
This video was actually useful and It makes me nervous
1:30 that got me so good
i can feel my brain absorbing the knowledge. My power is over 9000!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Was waiting for the punchline, then realized this was posted close to april fools.

Also to reduce stress, you can give the rope therapy and safely go down
Almost to 1M!
Please do more of these
Show us your power. Don’t yawn even when multiple people yawn in front of you. Also I actually needed to know about the info in this video
Loved the video
