- The female duo that makes up the band Boy may have Swiss-German roots, but their songs are pure Americana pop. They treated us to a brand new song that has never been recorded called "Into the Wild". Watch/ Listen to the full session on Morning Becomes Eclectic here: www.kcrw.com/music/programs/mb...

So nice to hear Americana Pop ... with soul. Nicely done Ladies. Your music is wholly admirable. I've enjoyed covering for friends and family. I'm looking forward to someone chording this song so I can re-create such beauty. Wow!

You can achieve this by using a long delay in combination with a volume pedal (in front of the delay in the effect chain). At first, the volume has to be turned down. Right after hitting each note/chord you increase the volume with the pedal. You can see his feet working the pedal from 0:10 on. I think it is an Ernie Ball Volume Pedal. If you have no such pedal, you can achieve the same effect by using the volume poti on the guitar, but you'll still need a delay pedal for a good result..
Lindo demais s2
Yes, they have

Where can you download this song?
heart races
"Into The Wild"
Or I could follow you.. into the wild
You'd know your way in the woods, you read the wind and find places to hide
We'd live with the animals, we'd play by the fire
And maybe from time to time, under white starry skies
I'd dream of light bulbs, and hands that kept me warm in another life
My heart it races and my mind cannot catch up
It lives in two places it runs through doors that should be shut
Or I could stay right here, and watch you from behind
Wave till your ship's left my harbour, embrace the edges of love in my beautiful life
I'd play with the animals, I'd sit by the fire
And maybe from time to time, I'd spot your face in the flames when I get tired
My heart it races and my mind cannot catch up
It's all over two places it runs through doors that should be shut
My head's asking questions my heart's a determined dancer
So when the music is over will I finally get my answer
Any chance there will be posted the full performance? :)
5 people suck! Who could thumbs down this?
+twistedara I scrolled through to see if someone else already said it. I mean, for goodness sake, I have tears in my eyes.
do they have a website/youtube channel?
where can I get the lyrics?
Big future for Waleska !!!
Many consider the singer Feist close to them
Thanks, I know.. but on youtube it would be more suitable :)
I can't understand when she says, "i dream of __"
..I'd dream of lightbulbs, and hands that kept me warm in another life...
thanks!
*sigh*
I just don't get it. Maybe I am stupid. Maybe it don't mater. Maybe I give a shit when no body else cares. Someone explain it to be, gently, I am sensitive. The backup guitar and player are so beautiful and sweet to the sound. But yet the maker of the guitar has its name taped over. WHY? I know how difficult it is to make a really good guitar. I have made about 50 of them. Yet it saddens me to see that there is some policy in place to make sure no one can know who they are. I just don't get it.
