I love this series of videos, and it’s nice to see the guys who do the behind the scenes work get some appreciation, because it really seems like a thankless job

@@ctwn2166 no because their isn't any other videos on the equipment staff douche bag. I don't give shit about a team that is only known for losing and embarising themselves.
No it's not. The Myles Garrett incident took place on November 14th. This game was the 2nd game on December 1st. It even shows you in the video the date of this game. Check the schedule. Fight took place the 1st game.
That is MLB "mud" that is sourced at a secret location on the banks of the Delaware river. It is used to rub each MLB ball used in-game. Pretty cool to see it in the NFL.
Working the balls you have no idea how big a difference it is now from when I played we couldn’t touch the ball when I came into the league ...no wonder the record field goals and passing percentages are going through the roof
Having bigger gear won't exactly guarantee better safety. You can make the argument that the larger mass of the player moving at the same speed with smaller gear will generate more force. Also, larger pads wont allow articulation of the shoulders or head, which could result in more injuries.
Every one gets a chance to be a loser this year was the AFC north as a Steelers fan I found out that last years team failed to beat 1 team from the AFC west but with marked improvement in the AFC east this year we managed to beat the dolphins small steps is better than no steps
And I can bring this up now if you play on defense know how to tackle I dont need to hear how a guy making more money than his worth can't bring down a guy that is not only running with a ball but avoiding ur attempts to bring him down I mean you have the whole if I could catch I would play offense but if you can't tackle now what and another thing I find funny is if a defender gets 13 r 14 sacks its considered awesome ok check this out in today's football the offense puts the ball in the air 35 to 50 times a game depending that's a lot of opportunity for pass rush say you average less than 1 a game dont that mean most offensive linemen should be the highest paid players do the math and if you say the Quarterback is that good then that's one more reason to get a pay cut
Ugh. That football prep? There has to be a better way now that teams keep/give away so many balls. That looks exhausting. Great behind the scene video!
Must be nice to work for them. You don’t have to work after week 17 so you get to start your vacation super early
Savage!!
Trevor Hockman boy u do funny 😂😂😂
Ha 😂😂🤣🤣
Got em
Lmbooooo
You know you love your team when you sit around watching videos of the equipment staff. Baker should get a Chapstick endorsement.
I’m only watching this one cuz the giants don’t

Looks like the equipment staff put in more work than the players lmao
😂😂😭
Truth
Rip 🤣😂
Can y’all say that now the browns are 7-3
This didn’t age well.
At least someone prepares something in Cleveland
I wanna see the medical staff next!
LOL, bakers gotta be all over that one
Did they ever make it?
Medical staff are too busy trying to put the guys back together after getting blown up every Sunday.
As an equipment manager, I appreciate this video and the love shown to the guys behind the scenes.
You equipment managers are just as important as the players. Its nice to get recognition here.

LET GO BROWNS
For the first time, they are gonna work overtime
Shoutout to this guys so underrated
What a great guy to work for. Real gentleman.
This is a good video! Really makes you think about how much work goes into the game before and afterwards
Imagine doing all this just to lose
But at the same time u getting paid to lose
That is like 31 teams. Only 1 wins at the end of the day.
Imagine being asian asf and cant see with those eyes lmao
raymond Uchiha ...
Imagine losing early and getting weeks added to your vacation
Idk why it’s so funny to me that Mayfield stores chapstick in his helmet
I started doing that also because I also be going true a lot of chapsticks and it’s actually a good idea
Only the browns can have all the talent in the world and still manage to have a losing season. I feel bad for those fans and that city
Alberto Saldana it’s only been 20 years 😂
Why are u even watching browns videos. Oh I know u are a closet browns fan. It's ok the cat is out the bag now douche bag

This is the playoff game

You know Baker didn't even like the Medical Staff, Im surprised that he hasn't blames the equipment team for having a losing season.
I want to live long enough to see them win a super bowl
Not happening
Eric Graves how do you know?
NFL shoulder pads are like child sized relative to the size of the player, yet the helmets have to be super high tech and "safe." LOL!
Having bigger gear won't exactly guarantee better safety. You can make the argument that the larger mass of the player moving at the same speed with smaller gear will generate more force. Also, larger pads wont allow articulation of the shoulders or head, which could result in more injuries.
Would you rather take damage to your shoulders or your head ?
Go Steelers
I started cracking up when he said jarvith
y’all really talking trash bout them? they put in hard work also.
Michale vick started the Chapstick in helments
He’s worried about chapstick. That baker fits right in with the browns.
Excellent...now they just need that piece of equipment for Mayfield that makes him throw to the right team
I’ve honestly never thought about NFL teams using Lena Blackburne...
Brady need to get him one of these 9:14
Kitchens told them becareful because the 4 and 16 wash cycle settings tend to run long.
If only they focused this much on being a good team
The deflator
Damn all this hard work to fucking lose 😂😂😂😂
Practicing swinging helmets before game day also ? Lol
Billy Horton waiting for that comment...
Lol
How would you get into a job like this?
FATAL go to school
I’m interested too lol. Probably extremely hard to get a job
I never knew we could use tape 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️

I'd love to see a 'making of' video of the making of one of these videos.
I would love to do this
This is the game Myles garret hot mason Rudolph with helmet
Hehe got spanked sunday 😈💜🖤
Obduracy hehehe remember when the browns won 40-25
@@anthonyYt2908 remember that we won by a bigger margin last week than y'all did week 4 😬
Hagin 247 bro I don’t care we still won😂😂
@@anthonyYt2908 awww look at you clinging onto a game from week 3 when you just faced the same team again n lost.

What kind of tape? What kind of mud and brush ?
With that much work, I'm glad that they always get vacations in January.
Staff:preparing for the game
Players:getting ready
*loss*
Staff:so now we prepare for the next year when we actually win
This comment makes no sense
Tell Nick Chubb Will Fleming said hi
(I'm a UGA fan)
They should give mason garret a extra helmet
I kinda want this job
I’m sure Myles garret watched this video
What's the name of the tape in shoulder pads?
Moments before the Garrett massacre
Abel that wasn’t this game
Abel yea this was the other game, not Thursday Night Football
cool
Do they really need to?
Is it just me, or do the shoulder pads look Supa thin?
Why don't they make footballs which are broken in more?
whats that backplate they using
Their GM went to my high school
What pads are those
They work those balls so baker can throw them to the other team
we need urban in charge
He said jarvith
Does anyone know the tape they use for the shoulder pads, so the jerseys can stick?
Ugh. That football prep? There has to be a better way now that teams keep/give away so many balls. That looks exhausting. Great behind the scene video!
Tell obj I said hey
What Is The Tape On The Pads Called I Know It’s Double Sided But It’s In Patches What Is That Called?
When the players give the balls away to the fans or who ever or if they keep a ball do the players have to pay for the ball?
Thats a good question
Where are all of the tissues for their sadness?
Equipment director: we don't like to fail
2017 Cleveland Browns: 0-16
I’d honestly have fun scrubbing a football as a career lmao
Their the only ones that should keep there jobs and that's from the top down
Baker looks like one of the equipment guys
Bruh 🤣💀
Baker looks like my drunk uncle
Browns probably have the easiest helmet to decorate. They don't even have a logo to put on.
GO RAVENS
i literally got a ball that game
I miss Bob Wylie
Idk why the Browns suck. They have so much talent. I thought they were going to destroy this year
me and jim have the same last name
make sure get them helmets nice and shiny for wack oh Moe!
