Can anybody tell me if the lincoln k3190-1 is good. I weld hot rolled in a shop 8-10hrs a day(reference). I cant find a single review on it but i ordered it anyways because the blood shot eye design is sick af and it has 9-13 shade and solar power as a plus. But on a real note who can verify i made a good/bad purchase?!?!?
I got the panoramaxx clt... amazing but i barely use it because of the cost of replacement lenses. 2 x 4 lenses are free at work so i run my fiber metal pipeliner with arcone hd 11/12 duo lens 95% of the time doing mostly stick and fcaw. What i hate about the panoramaxx is the price of the lenses are like 12$ each canadian and when you have them shipped to your door they package them in such a way they scratch each other which is bs when you pay 54$ for 5. Thats alot of money spent if you have to change it every 3 days from running overhead flux core. Apparently the esab rebel lenses are even mor expensive. That alone is a reason i would never consider the esab a60. Looking at arcone helmets beyond the 2x4 singles range... you can get 10 cover plates for their vision helmet for 22$ canadian. Thats way cheaper than even the viking helmet so i may consider getting the vision helmet in the future. I do feel like optrel gouges you with their pricing on consumables. @@jsk.71
I agree but the cost of replacement lenses... i feel like its a helmet to keep strictly for tig otherwise the thing is a cash cow in consumables. I have the panoramaxx and i barely use it because i weld overhead fcaw and smaw all day long.
@@AJays734 To be honest I haven't even replaced a single one yet. I just polish the one that came stock. And since it's so thick and round it's actually really easy to polish up perfectly. Just get a foam attachment for a drill and some cheap automotive polish and you're good. I've had this thing for months now. Used it for overhead stick and flux core.
You need to look in to kt industries !all them are heavy I'm a season pipe welder kt industries don't need a warranty I had mine 5 years and welded a 1000 welds need a new one because mine is old but still working I tried all of those not impressed..try the one talking about and you throw those in the trash
I agree with you. It looks like the cheaper helmets which are still good. Helmets are selling big like the cheaper welders, which are decent welders are the best not even close.
Just bought myself the Viking 3350 ADV. thank you Bakersgas 🇺🇸
Is the Lincoln power in 262 a brand new model? Would love to see a review
Yes, the video on the new PowerMIG 262 is coming soon!
surprised the miller digital infinity didn't make it i love mine
Yes, Infinity is one of our favorites too!
I have a big head which one would you recommend for a welder with a bigger head
I have a miller classic and it is pretty nice. Would like to upgrade though. A larger field of view would be nice.

can you wear a half mask respirator under the panoramaxx helmets? since they sit so close to your face and nose i wonder if it would interfere
yep speedglas should of been there for sure but most people dont want to spend $500+ so its not likely to be on many "top seller" lists
Just received my Optrel Helix CLT from you guys this evening. Charging it up to run some beads this weekend 🤘🏽
I love mine. It does take some getting used too. Secret is to get it properly adjusted so that your nose is up in the cut out area. It's very clear.

Model numbers would have helped. Not just holding the box up and talking about the warranty etc,
I have an Optrel Crystal 2.0 and its ridiculously good.

I used the 2.5 for a while. Fantastic view!

@@TIGmoto it really is a great hood.
Still rocking my yes welder clear vision for 10 years now...😂😂
Next do pipeliner helmets with and without autodark inserts.
Need to change the title to top sellers, not top helmets. Keep up the great videos. 👍
Top SELLING helmets lol good point! Thanks for watching!
At this price they should make them with AC inside
