Very helpful video Arun. I recently purchased a domain from Go Daddy for two years. Can I buy the same domain from Name Cheap after two years?
Sorry, I missed this comment /question. If you still have this question, then here is my take on it: yes you can buy it again from Namecheap but there is a catch. A domain that you own with godaddy must be cancelled and unlocked first. Usually, the domain registrar holds it locked for 1 month even after you discontinued it. It shud be free again so you can again buy from Namecheap. There is a risk in that though, that nobody else shud buy in that gap during your switchover frm godaddy to Namecheap.

For approval in adsense, no. That's not needed. But it's good for our own safety so your address, email, and phone numbers aren't published publicly. If you are yet to get it, then Namecheap or Google Domains are better than others here because they offer free privacy protection.

Fast loading website kku dreamhost is good enough. Mainly try keeping lesser files to load while visiting the site, and use CDN too. If using WP, use less plugins. But overall there are more expensive solutions too for hosting. Example, use VPS or dedicated servers... but if you are just starting out, then go with shared hosting with CDN and lesser plugins, and lesser loading of files without fancy features like custom fonts or JavaScript addons.
