Even after making profits, investors are always wanting to get more from the market which tends to make them greedy and trading with greed will only result in losing money because you just don’t know when to stop.

It takes personal discipline to stop day trading after making profits since there are still probability of making more. It also involves risk because you still stand to lose it all. It is better to have standard guidance from an expert in order to accurately assess the market so you know when it is best to make profits and when to stop trading.

Things I learnt from this podcast (Editing as time goes)
    1. Ask intellectual questions from your mentor. There are certain questions that could be answered through little research
    2. Know why you are following your 'mentor' and not get carried away by the flashy lifestyle(which isn't bad as well)
    3. EXTRA: Get tradezella to improve your journaling... Just keeping this here to challenge myself to work on getting one
    4. Have a life outside trading. This could be to make connections or keep a balanced psychology.
    5. Be real with trading, with people, basically anything you do... transparency is key!
    6. Find a balance with trading and doing other things(Could be content creation)
    7. Tilt your morning routine to make you work better during the day. This would prepare you to trade properly.
    8. Deal with your addictions especially if it is affecting your productivity.
    9. Journaling is key when you're a trader.
    10. Its one thing to journal, its another to use it the right way. Try to work on your previous trades and check where needs to be worked on in your strategy.
    11. Chaos brings opportunities.
Thanks for this doing what you do Riz! #sft

MY biggest lesson in trading is often to manage risk. It's crucial to have a well-thought-out risk management strategy to protect your capital, set stop-loss orders, and avoid risking more than you can afford to lose. Additionally, emotions can be your worst enemy in trading, so maintaining discipline and sticking to your trading plan is essential. Learning from both successes and losses and continuously educating yourself about the markets are also valuable lessons for traders. #Rizdom #SFT

"How did I have $50,000 when I was 20? I worked summers in high school."
Oof. That's some wealth privilege right there. I'm in my 40s and I've been working full time and living a minimalist life for decades, and I've got maybe $1,000 saved up, which I'm guaranteed to spend on imminent car repairs. My entire family (parents, grandparents, siblings) has maybe 10 grand between us.
I mean if you have a job that you can make tens of thousands of dollars just working summers, why even trade? You've already hit the jackpot.
