This is exactly done with us,when i was 16 years old preparing for IIT,there was a fight between my uncle and neighbours,FIR filed from both the sides,but every name comes out except mine,A SHO named Rameshwar Yadav filed fake FIR against me without proper investigation,abused and insulted me in police station,I was rejected in police verification several times but Now I am in corporate job and also preparing for UPSC but I shall remember him until I will become his senior.
