Never a fan of Honor phone but I must admit both the day and night shots on the main cameras are pretty good. Also the colour on the face is pretty natural, not over saturated or too bright, likewise for the colour of the sky. I agree the night video isn't good but day is good. Good review!

Really useful review, thanks. Considering changing from my Huawei P30 Pro and as Honor are basically a Huawei spin-off, I'm already a fan of their camera quality. This looks like a good step up.

Great video! I've seen in UA-cam a video where you can change the focus of a photo by pressing on another subject (within the photo). Photo has boukeh so it can shift from focus on the different subjects. However I cannot see this option anywhere...any ideas?
It's a fantastic phone and anyone buying Honor 200 or 200 Pro will be happy with their cameras. But is it the best under 1000 € (or $) ? Honor is certainly better than OnePlus 12 which I own. But brand new Motorola Edge 50 Ultra (990 € in 🇫🇮, 16gb/1 Terabyte only option here) crushed OP12 in both photos and videos in a comparison here on UA-cam. I have the feeling that Ultra could actually beat this Honor as well. Motorola is so much better now in all price ranges in their Edge series this year and they seem to win most comparisons, one reason is their collaboration with color specialist Pantone giving perfect skin tones with human subjects but also with colors in photos/videos.
Is this phone the best at portraits given the price point? Is the google pixel 7 or oppo reno12 pro better? How does it compare to the s23 ultra? Thanks alot guys
The phone is not sold in the United States. If you use it here, it will get the software updates from the region you purchased it from. That being said, honor doesn't have the best track record when it comes to releasing software updates.
