    Grabe I’m from Davao Peru sobrang mahal naman nito you can buy more than nice and more than big of this in Davao a lot of beautiful place and have nice area for 7m🥰is not worth it to buy this house it’s over price ate!

    Yan ang mahirap dito sa Pinas unbalance ang mga prices ng housing loans sa mga salary ng empleyado, maliit lang naman ang sweldo ng mga employees, pero abroad price ang systema . Kahit pa OFW mahihirapang bumili nyan. Ibalance man lang sana sa life standard ng Pinas.

    My house is bigger than that and it cost only 1.8 million I bought my land for 250k for 250 sq meter somatotal 2million and 50 thousand pesos only, so better to buy land to build your own house to save huge amount of money.

      Take note Davao Area! 7M mas malaki pa mabibili mong Lupa kahit 1000sq.m. Patayuan ng bahay w/5 bedrooms at makakabili kapa ng sasakyan at makakapag Negosyo na din. Malalaki kc kickback ng mga Agents eh un ang totoo! Kahit silang mga Agent kahit may 7M mga yan di nila yan bibilin for sure. Hahahaha!

    Ako nalang pagawa ng bahay na 2 stories Budget under 4.5 million commercial area pwede kapa maglagay ng shop na pagkaka kitaan mo pa peru 7 million na bahay di kapa magkaka pera nyan na peperahan kapa be wise na sa panahon ngayon hindi na uso ang magarbong bahay kong hindi naman pwede pagkaka kitaan madami pang mas malapit sa mga matataong area na pagtatayoan mo pa ng shop na pwede mo ipa arkila daming businesses like RTW's or mga moter and car part na aarkila sa building mo for sure you have a great future

      Ang lote ang nagpapamahal neto. Actual overhead sa construction (labor/materials) napakaliit na maghingi sila ng ganyang presyo.

    Ma’am Leonor, ano po sa palagay nyo ang basic salary ng isang buyer na malaking ang chance ma approve ng bank loan? May mga agent kasi na ang bilis mag receive ng reservation at downpayment pero hindi nag iinform sa buyer na posibleng d ma approve ng bank ang loan. Kasi pag ma decline ang bank loan application, 50% lang ng downpayment ang pwedeng ma refund sa buyer.

      Hi sir Boy, make sure po iask talaga sa agent if mgkano yung estimated monthly amortization ng bahay either thru Bank or PagIBIG Financing pa yun then multiply it by 3 ( ex: est.monthly amort is 50k x 3 = 150k ) so yan po ang possible unang tingnan ni bank if nakareach po kayo sa ganyan na gross monthly income, then to follow na if meron kayong other existing loan like housing or car ( kasi mag-additional required yan sila sa gross monthly incoome) or even mga default account sa credit cards, and pending civil case ( nakakapadisapprove po yan ng bank application)

      Kaya ako lupa lang binili ko then bahala nko patayo ng bahay..sisibakin lang talaga ng agent eh... dati nadin akong kumuha ng hulugan na bahay pero pinasalo ko kasi ang mahal tapos ang dami ko pang dapat ipagawa...dika pa sigurado sa materials na ginamit...
