Such a beautiful and big house with so many bedrooms but with just one living area and a dining. Where are people supposed to hang out as a family. No pyjama lounge upstairs and no formal lounge downstairs. How does a family enjoy this house. In the many bedrooms? There’s a design flaw for a family home. It would work better as a guesthouse. I personally wouldn’t pay R14 million for one TV lounge.

Why are all of the homes on this channel so meh? The entrance is all wrong you walk in and first thing you see is a mirror of yourself and then a tube hanging above all lights in this house is poor taste, the white everywhere destroys emotion, the "wow" factor is a fairway... I don't go wow every time I play golf or even see a grass field... the finishes are extremely cheap and tiles everywhere just confirms the cheap finishing... Normal maybe even small garages not massive... and I'm sorry but I don't want a "luxury" "industrial" home... Home should be warm and inviting not cold and industrial... This is by far the worst property for the price I've ever seen
You mentioned previously that you’re not a fan of these golf course homes. May I ask why? I don’t play golf myself. I’d probably embarrass myself if I were to pick up a club. HOWEVER, I do appreciate the ‘endless lawns’ these golf course homes offer, together with gorgeous views.
