Bent StompBox Fin? Not a problem

The Hala StompBox fin is malleable like all the flexible fins that come with our boards. But because this fin slips inside the StompBox frame, it may be more noticeable when the fin is bent.
Not a problem.
If manually bending the fin does not immediately straighten the fin follow these steps:
1. slip the fin inside the frame on a hot day and let the warmth mold the fin back into place.
2. use a twig or similar small pin to hold the spring-loaded fin in place.
3. after a few hours on a hot day the fin should be straighter.
A hair dryer or heat gun may speed up the processes but be cautions not to burn yourself of the plastic housing.
Note, this "twig method" works well when transporting or storing the boards as not to bend fins in the first place.
