Perisher Resort All Lifts in One Day

- Four keen Perisher regulars tackle the ultimate challenge: to ride every lift, poma, TBar and carpet across Perisher's four resort areas of Perisher, Blue Cow, Smiggins and Guthega.

I completed this challenge just on Sat (Aug 24th 2013).
2 of us started out at Smiggins at 9am and finished with 45 mins to spare.
We took a different path, but basically started at Smigs and finished at Smigs.
And I even rode the Home Rope tow!.
Be aware, that you can't ride the Tom Thumb J-Bar in the Milo kids area on Front Valley. They won't let you in :)
Been meaning to try this for so long, but with everything open atm. I had to do it, it ends up a fun day actually.
Missed one!!!! Home rope tow... all lifts fail.. :P
amazing watching this - skiid perisher smiggins every year from 6-16 - now 43 and this takes me way back
that's amazing !! So going to try this with my friends later this year !!
am i the only one hear who hated t bars and avoids them wherever i go?
+Tom Sharpe You're not alone i can manage a t-bar easily but they are tiring and annoying also perisher are terrible at grooming them so sometimes they can be really dangerous
I'm with you. They kill my legs. Hopefully, vail resorts can add some high speed quads and demolish those. The industry is at a point where t bars should become obsolete.
I think T Bars are quite fun. But I'm a skier and I've heard they're a lot more difficult on snowbirds.
Tom Sharpe france us amazing as it has very few of them. In Finland however where i live, it's horrible, there isn't much other than them. I guess that makes the ski pass a bit cheaper but still
Sick Lad yeh, I’ve had one drag me into the ladder that’s used to service them. The other side of the t-bar I wasn’t on got caught in the ladder and smashed my head into the ground. Got a concussion and missed out on a weeks worth of riding a fresh pow.
Challenge accepted! Im going there soon!

***** ya, but vail resorts runs this place and has plans for a ski village. They own many world class resorts in Colorado, Utah, and California. I think they have enough money to upgrade.
+Joe Traynor because they are less costs too buy run etc and more versatile.

Because Australia is about 40 years behind Europe with everything, but dont worry, we now have Chinese technology (Thanks to our politicians rather than looking to Europe they went to china) GOD HELP US
And the chinese are making a mockery of our country, were fucked, they are now our bosses

Well done guys. Did this 15 years ago when Perisher Blue had 50 lifts. Weren't allowed in Milo Land on Front Valley and, like you, didn't ride the SkiTube which is considered a lift as each passenger needs a ticket to ride it.
50 lifts think against only 47 now mate.

I love the j bar I just went on school camp I flew down it so fast
this is a challenge that I accept for next year
including the freestyle area :)
Its fun though, youll enjoy it

ive been to selwyn and i rekon you could complete the whole map in 1 hour max
I have taken up this challenge for selwyn this season and Thredbo next season
And I'm going to selwyn in late August

If you really like snowsports, STAY in Australia June-October and ski year round
