Accepting death(of body) will be easier when someone understands that you can’t be dead. Because you didn’t born in this body rather you existed before this body was even born and will exist after this body dies. You, the actual you can’t be destroyed from this universe or whatever you say afterlife or whetever. Yeah, you can be punished(though we don’t know about anything afterlife) but you will exist always. I don’t know how much right or wrong I am but after questioning our preset notion I came here. This thinking could change later in my life but now as much as I understand and as much as I experienced, this thinking vanished a lot of fear from the root.
