It's called 33區熱炒生猛海鮮 , there's no english name for it. It really is a decent restaurant~
How to get there
@@simirene2557 it’s around 15 mins walk from Zhongshan MRT, or you can also get there from Shandao Temple MRT for around 10 mins walk~

Money Changer is quite rare in Taiwan, mostly people will withdraw from their ATMs or rely on the money changer in the airport.
