Dr. Bailey Complete Skin Care involves 4 steps: Cleanse, Correct, Hydrate, Protect
Cleanse is the first step: this is where you are getting all the gunk off of your skin like grease from the day, sunscreen, moisturizers etc. to create a ‘blank slate’. Then you move to,
Correct: this may not be so important if you don’t have skin problems. If you do this is where you apply correcting products so that they get into your skin really well. The absorb best when you apply them right after getting your skin really clean. Often correcting products are thinner in consistency than your next products for the Hydrate step.
Hydrate comes after Correct. These products go after the correcting product and include moisturizers, lotions etc that soak into your skin behind the correcting product.
Protect is mainly sunscreen. He has learned over the years from his mother that the important component to look for is mineral zinc oxide in sunscreen. He uses water resistant sunscreen if he is swimming or doing exercise. Mostly he likes thin zinc oxide sunscreen products to get through facial hair on a daily basis. (He uses Sheer Strength Sheer Physical Spray SPF 50+ Sunscreen drbaileyskinca... ) He backs up his sunscreen with a hat, sunglasses and clothing.

It's odd. Nicotine can stain. One wonders if simply gentle exfoliation may help. Can't make a diagnosis or give specific advice via the internet. For that one needs a trip to a doc. SPF lip balms are also important. Thanks for watching!
I have middle long beard is it really necessary ? It‘s so uncomfortable also not easy to apply under beard. So what I am asking Is sunscreen still effective against aging/wrinkles on area where I put SPF, if I dont apply sunscreen under my beard ?
If skin shows through the UV rays get to the skin. If the beard is so think that no UV rays get to the skin then it may be protective. Thus, it depends. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching
