i literally cried due to some relatable memories of my personal life! If its a goodbye im really gona miss the show...thanks for such amazing webseries❤
It was a racist fest to promote indians. CEO of Netflix is indian. Through out this movie, there's the usage of orangish light and or orange filters to downplay white racial features and Indians shouldn't look like Indians. The makers and promoters are Indians so who gave them the right to temper with the looks of white people. This sense of entitlement needs to go.
the way Maitreyi's letter also included what Jaren had written about, without even knowing. you can tell that they just get each other. Matter of fact the whole cast got so lucky with each other... platonic soulmates!
I’m going to miss this cast so much. And my god Jaren and Maitreyi just touch my heart. They have such amazing chemistry both on screen and off and the way their best friendship shines through anytime they interact makes me emotional 🥹🥹🥹
Among those 4 letters, Maitreyi’s letter is the best for me. She expressed her feelings to Jaren about their friendship, I loved it when she said “I think there are people you meet in your life, you’re just meant to meet” and “If it weren’t for Never Have I Ever, I think somehow we would’ve found each other” oh my gosh, I really cried when I heard that. I’ll remember this series forever. It reached my heart, and I’ll always be Team Ben.
David and Texas, huh? 😊 Such lovely nicknames they have for each other. It's a bit hilarious that Jaren brought nickname for Maitreyi right from the series.
"Never Have I Ever" on Netflix is a show that will be sorely missed, particularly for Crazy Devi's hilarious antics. However, what truly made this series shine was the phenomenal cast. Their chemistry on and off-screen was palpable, and never failed to further immerse me in the world of the characters. Maitreyi Ramakrishnan couldn't have been a more perfect Devi, and Jaren Lewison nailed the role of Ben Gross. (Hats off to Darren Barnet and Benjamin Norris as well). This insanely talented cast has left us eagerly anticipating their future careers and the heights they will undoubtedly reach. So, go crazy, Devi, we're all rooting for you!
I'm really going to miss this show, I got teary eyed at the final episode. The cast really gel, both on and off screen, but I hope that we'll eventually get a reunion, showing where our favourite Sherman Oaks alumni are post high school.
This was so sweet! Both pairs had me smiling the entire time. I love David/Texas and Darren/Ben; was so surprised that Ben is basically a more grown up Trent. So cute!!
Aww, no!! As a nearly 27 year old female this show has been one of my biggest comfort shows & I'm so emotional that it's ending. They all made something SO special that will stay with me for years to come. Thank you, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan & Poorna Jagannathan. Thank you to everyone. What a wonderful bunch of human beings, I hope they never lose touch, and that I can see them in upcoming movies & more series to come. I've of course already seen Paxton's actor in a few things before but I hope to see everyone else, too. I'm going to really miss the comfort, laughter, and emotions, this show brought me. And in a way, it helped me through my grief too. ❤ One of those shows that's ending way too soon & I think Netflix knows. 💔
This made me tear up.. I'm gonna miss this show fr..and also the casts...we don't know what happened for them in the future but I'm always support them every step of their way.. especially jaren and maitreyi ♥️
I just love their friendship and it makes sense why the show is so cool afterall.I don't know if they got emotional or not because I definitely did.Its really great how they can do that, resonate the feelings through the screen all along.
This show, man, it's like a breath of fresh air in the teen TV world. It's not afraid to go all in, showing the true craziness, drama, and exhaustion that comes with being a teenage girl. "Crazy Devi" may have started as your typical nerdy girl trying to find herself, using the "Cool Jock" as her ticket, but it evolved into something deeper. They didn't shy away from the messiness of grief and the chaos of growth, and for that, I'm genuinely grateful. It's real, raw, and relatable. Props to the show for keeping it authentic!
I had tears in my eyes and smile across my face the whole video! This series, to me, is just magnanimous. And the whole cast will forever be beloved. Thank you so very much!
We as nation have 2 levels of challenges for our own self image of our identity & not letting others control our narrative of our culture and identity: 1st West, jinhe hamare cultural ego/ self image ko ghol dena hai taki ek clear rasta ban jaye for influence, so we see ourselves, culture etc through their eyes & wants to make us a SUBJECT to their world, & accept their stereotypes, their image etc on us. 2nd, Western minded Elites working in film industry and otts (& Common People also) in our own nation who ALREADY have accepted doings of 1st type & encourage and promote it
Can't believe it's been a week since Season 4 came out. I remember watching this show when it came out during the pandemic and I love Season 1 so much that I wanted more of this show. We got three more seasons and a fantastic ending. Devi's story was so impactful with all the hard trials she went through in life. Maitreyi and the cast did an amazing job on this show. Their chemistry on the show was so good either on or off screen and you can tell they made this show something special. Props to Mindy and Lang who created such a great show to watch. I"m going to miss this show so much but who's knows if a potentially spin-off could happen in the near future.
All of them have my heart but Jaren and Maiereyi letters the similarities they had and like i just loveee them so much 😭❤️i will miss my ben and devi so much ❤️
the amount of tears i shed through this video. never have i ever was my go to show this summer when I was bored, sad or really anytime. thank you for never have i ever
I do find it kind of cute that when is time to get emotional for each other and showing how much they really care about each other they try to escape it or joke about it. IT is me when FEELINGS OF ANY TYPE, HAHAHAHHA. SO RELATABLE
If it weren't for NHIE, Someway, somehow we wud have found each other 2:46 omg😭David and Texas making us emotional. This show will be missed. Will Miss BenVi the most..
jarren’s letter literally felt like ben writing to devi it was so cute. idk but i want them to date irl (if they want to of course) they just seem like they have so much chemistry & genuine love for each other. but i also understand that comes with friendship too!
Not me crying over here. This brings me back to my time in stage productions: you truly do form a bond from that moment forward, and this was on an even larger scale!! Hollywood is so toxic, and yet women like Mindy are paving the way for LOVE and unity on set, as is evidenced here. Thank you for the tears, the laughs, and the most incredible human stories. ❤❤❤
Why are people still crying about the ending? People need to let it go and do anything else. It was the right ending and I’m glad the ending wasn’t decided by some teenage girls that don’t know relationships. The show was great and I will rewatch it at some point
i belive that later in their life they will find their way back to eachother. this group of people were meant to be and i think that connection will cause them to meet again. just like jaren said-- "its not a goodbye this is just the next chapter" couldn't have been said more immaculately Also i love how jaren calles her david 💕
these letters were so special and this cast truly is the best n so talented! I love how unique the letters were, each pair captured their friendship so beautifully. Can’t wait to see where their careers go!! ♥️👏🏼👏🏼
listening to them makes me want to make a letter for my friends as I’m class of 2024 💔 this feeels like I’ve finished high-school but I still have a year left. Wow. Thank you never have I ever cast♥️
For anyone wondering the ben quote from Jaren’s letter is: “Turns out we’re a pretty good team for two people who hate each other.”
I didn’t look it up but I had a feeling it was from Model UN.
thanks for searching it up for everyone
I was about to say it for them😂
stop omg im sobbing
that is SO CUTE help me
“Be loud and I will always echo your noise” is SUCH a beautiful sentiment. I love this cast sm 🥹
I almost cried 😭
That's a bar
the fact that maiteryi and jaren started their letters with the nicknames they have for each other is so cute. i literally adore their friendship.
where did the nickname Texas come from?
@@mohsinrizvi ben/jaren is from dallas texas

1:45 this sceneee ''Turns out we're a pretty good team for two people who hate each other.'' I love them with my whole heart😭♥
thanks for posting the line
the way both maitreyi and jaren thanked the other for believing in them when they couldn't 🫶 maitreyi is right. they were meant to meet either way
How is Benjamin just a more sophisticated version of Trent?! I love this so much!
How is this so true 😂❤️
Love the maturity the cast and characters showed. This show was such a blessing.

Jaren looked like he couldn’t talk because he was about to cry 😭
I know right? Like he’s so used to her joking and teasing him that hearing her be sweet made him all in the feels!
the way Maitreyi's letter also included what Jaren had written about, without even knowing. you can tell that they just get each other. Matter of fact the whole cast got so lucky with each other... platonic soulmates!
the friendships that exist between the cast members of nhie are truly so beautiful

Maitreyi and Jaren's friendship makes me ship Ben and Devi even more 🫣 Nice to know that everyone is friendly even outside of the show.

I can’t get enough of the cast. They all have such bubbly personalities and are so courteous and grateful towards each other. ❤❤

David also means “beloved” in Judaism
@@fawnrattner4651 good point! And name Devi sounds almost similar to English "devil". Not accidental choice by Mindy Kaling.

I get why it ended, but I’m sad it’s over. For a high school focused show, I really loved it. Maybe we’ll get a follow up season post college.

Ohhhh so that's why the cast love Trent so much. The actor is literally the sweetest. I cried at his note. 💖
We need a “Never have I ever, College years!” I don’t want it to end
No one wants it to be the end. But you know what they say, “all good things come to a end.”
If they added a season 5 college years i hope Michael Cimino (Ethan)
