Dieses Tal zieht von Kirchberg nach Süden bis an den Großen Rettenstein der Kitzbühler Alpen. Hier befinden sich viele Hochalmen mit Milchwirtschaft in der reinen "Bioform". Seit Bio zunehmend gefragt ist, verkaufen die Bergbauern ab Hof und ab Alm direkt und kommen so eher auf Ihre Kosten....
So kommt auch Österreichs Bio-Kost über den Fremdenverkehr nach Europa!

Tyrol - Kirchberg in Tirol, Great Rettenstein 2350 meters above sea level. This valley runs from Kirchberg south to the Great Rettenstein of the Kitzbühel Alps. Here are many alpine pastures with dairy farming in the pure "bio-form". Since biological food is increasingly in demand, the farmers sell from the farm and from their Alm directly and come better at your expense ....So also Austria's biological food comes through tourism to Europe!
